I liked environment inside the university.. you feel safe … university with full of greenary .. amazing professors except 1or2 ..amazing canteen where students can enjoy
Profesors are so amazing they help you with their subjects and gave their time .
Overall it is amazing university you can consider it .

Dislikes

There is no placement for bsc hond students .
Timings of hostel is 9am-9pam for girls but for boys there is no limitations
You need to maintain your attendance 75% otherwise you could be detatined or can be able to give your exams

Course Curriculum Overview

I would like to rate my course is 8/10 . Because my course is very good and it is hons( special in phys) which is very good . Courses are quiet good and timings for exam is also sufficient according to wxam

Class Size: 43Course Fees: INR 17500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My overall fees was 53500/- for 3 years but according to your cgpa for per semester they will give you scholarship which is used to reduced your fees for next semester ..no there is no other charges for lab or something yeah but for freshers

Campus Life

There are many festivals held in university like spectrum .. freshers , teeyas dj nights ..and many more functions held ..yes library is great you can issue books for your personls use you have to return them on before time

Admission

I choose this university because it is in my city Jalandhar and the course i liked i have got it .. and hostels are so good clean mess and great food on time .. admission process is so simple you have min 50% in your 12th clss

Faculty

Professors are enough for the strength of students ... faculty of university is very nice supportive helpful ...no i like every faculty all are very good in nature .there are 2 types of exam are conducted in first of all mst (mid sem test) which is of 25 marks and then ET ( End term test )which is 50 makes and one more thing there are surprise test which is 10 marks and 5 marks for attendance and 10 marks for assignment. So in the end you have to take 40 marks to qualify the exam . Which is quiet easy to moderate .

Nice collage for middle class students

Placement Experience:

onwards 4th semester students are eligible for internship and after 6th semester students are eligible for placements and companies which repeatdly visits are collage are TCS, infosys, LNT, mother dairy, IBM etc. Average package of this collage is nearly 4 lakhs per annum and placement percentage is around 70 percent.

A perfect place for growth and learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the curriculum is well-designed and covers all the important MLS subjects with both theory and practical training. It helps us understand real-world lab work and prepares us for future studies or jobs. The curriculum is good, but adding more practical sessions and updated lab equipment would make it even better. Exams are held regularly, and their difficulty level is moderate. Students can easily pass if they study on time, though practical exams need more focus.

Great College for Medical Students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly I was not sure if i should do i MLS course, but after I came to this college , they cleared my vision. I don't have enough knowledge about this specific field, the montors guided me & helped me to choose the best. Now I am very happy and satisfied as being the part of MLS department. I will become a Lab technician after this course. The lab technicians plays a very important role in healthcare department. This college provides internships to practice everything. They also conducts job fairs for students such as" Umeed Job Fair "which was conducted recently in the college. The 1st year is basically is theoretical & practical knowledge, after that in 2nd or 3rd year, students gets placements.

I am a first year student and I don't know much about placement. But I did heared they provide placements and company do visits eg fortis.they do claim to provide packages around 2.5 LPA to 7 LPA. My plan after getting a degree is to study masters and then get a job in a respective it company

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

First Year Reality Check

I had also applied to lovely professional university but i finally choose DAV university mainly because of fees and affordability. LPU offers better infrastructure and branding, but the the total cost was much higher compared to DAV. DAV is clearly more affordable than LPU. LPU is better in terms of campus size, hostels, labs and overall facilities. DAV has decent infrastructure but it is more basic and less modern than LPU. LPU has more exposure and resouces, while DAV focus more on regular academics. Faculty quality may vary from teacher to teacher. LPU has stronger placements than DAV. The addmission process at DAV was simple. There was no GD, PI just form submission, eligibility verification based on 12th grade marks. i choose this university because it was close to my house , affordable tuition fees , good placements. I haven't applied to any other colleges for admission i just browsed the reviews of the university.
