Truth?

The decision to choose my course (BBA) was my personal interest in business line. The course curriculum is set by IPU university and the curriculum by my personal opinion is pretty good and effective. The only negative point is number of subjects during a semester. Sometimes we get 6-7 subjects to cover which means too many classes. There is always a extra subject given by IPU, which always feels like a burden. The frequency and timing of exams are nice too, we get enough time before exams and also during exam. Most of the time, exam is done before the given time. The difficulty level of exam is medium.

The college doesn't provide any kind of information for internship etc. The only thing we were told that we will get internship opportunity in 3rd year but students mainly focuses to get internship their own.

We get placement in 6th semester from college, but the placement is limited and the packages are low which I was told by my seniors. Personal growth and connections gets students here placement which is later represented as college placement. The average package I was told is 2.7 LPA. The college doesn't provides any statistics on placements etc.

I paid 80,000 Rs for my admission in 2023. The fees might have increased now from 80,000 to 85,000 in 2024. There was small registration fees of 1000 to 2000 Rs. No more charges except the fees. The scholarship is available for students with 80% marks in 12th, scholarship is 10-15% percent, and students with 90% marks are given 25% scholarship.

My personal experience with campus life and social was pretty good. The students here are decent and good. The festivals are celebrated here like it usually does in any college. We celebrate Holi, diwali, christmas, New year, Dandhiya in college. Yearly we get celebrate our fest within the college, and the college fest is good too. We have range and accessibility of books related to course here in Library. The facilities provided in classes is AC and projector. IPU helds annual sports activity which iur college also participates. Other than that college doesn't actively participates in sports. Student run groups/club is only music, singing and Acting. The students run activity only helds when there is some type of function in next few days or a week or two.

The reason I chose this college was infrastructure, transportation and as well as fees. Other IPU colleges I applied to were small colleges (area-wise) with high fees. The admission process is easy, you can either take admission by giving CET exams by IPU or you can get admission based on your CUET exams. The cutoff for this college was easy, and you can take admission in this college even if you have average or below average marks. I didn't got rejected from colleges. I chose this college over others as it was easily accessible, infrastructure, sports facilities.

The the course structure, exam systems and marking scheme is pretty good. Course structure and exam systems is simple Marking scheme is easy. No hard checkings on exams. The faculty never stays permanent here. Every year or semester, there are new faculties. Only HOD's is permanent, most probably the teaching faculty doesn't stay because of tough/rough system. Exams are easy too, even if you start studying properly before few days of exam, you can easily pass the exam.
