KCCILHE is fantastic!!

Likes

Our campus is very pretty and has all the cleanliness standards maintained at our college.
There are many departments and yet all ranks among top in their respective fields.
Our college uniform too is great unlike other colleges where students complain about it.

Dislikes

College hours are lengthy and placements aren't that great.

In the final year both the semester placement activities go on and this way maximum students gets placed from campus. It is sad that even after so many attempts only 60-70% students ar placed from campus and Wirpo being the top recruiter of our college.

Secure and Affordable Hostel Stay at KCC

Likes

Teachers are helpful and explain concept clearly.
College has good infrastructure like labs, library and Wi-Fi. The environment is clean and student friendly.
Campus life is active with events and fests.

Dislikes

Placement for BCA are limited and mostly for internships. More IT companies should be invited.
The course is more theory focused. It needs more practical exposure like live project and modern tools.
Attendance rules are very strict.It can affect your internal marks and exam eligibility.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BCA Curriculum covers core subjects like programming and DBMS,which influence my choice. It's good for theory but needs more real-world and practical exposure. Teaching should include updated tools and live projects.

Average college with good campus

Likes

Best part of KCC is it's campus it is huge and well mantained
Cafeteria is like a CAFE it will give you very asthetic vibe.
Faculty is also good but they are too young

Dislikes

Attendence is mandatory atleast 60% to appear in the exams
placement cell is not that good as it should be
Parking issue is there they are not having enough space for the parking.

Course curriculum is also good but they are not much into teaching things. The faculties comes and start teaching but not in that depth. model of teaching is very good and these are improving day by day.

KCCIHLE is a hub of knowledge!!

Likes

The most complete and advanced campus one will ever find.
Definitely some of the best events and students who put their sweat in everything that they do.
Most enhanced labs as latest systems and softwares are installed in all the PCs in labs.

Dislikes

Exams are rescheduled quote often and that's worrisome at times.
Crowd isn't that serious as other things opportunities are such that some students hardly focus on studies.

HCL Technologies and Infosys are two major companies otherwise some small companies are there which provide jobs but not that lucrative as 4-5 lakhs on and average is what we are paid initially through campus placements.

KCCILHE is a Knighthood College!!

Our campus atmosphere in such that one will get Punjabi vibe as music and dance is on from morning till late night.
Even our mess has a Punjabi menu and that makes it easy actually as i am from Lucknow and having Punjabj food is like i hardly miss home cooked food.
Students head all the societies and therefore one can pursue a lot of things of his/her choice.

Dislikes

Studies are taking a back seat because of so many events that takes place.
Our in time is 8.30 pm for boys and 8 pm for girls and thats like too much as our area is pretty safe.

Placement Experience:

10 lakhs was the highest package for a BCA Student but average is 3.5 lakhs. HCL Technologies is perhaps the best conpany for us as TCS, Infosys are there but they take a very small percentage of student as HCL ensures that half the class is seen working at their Gurgaon and Pune offices as that where majority of students go.

Likes

The infrastructure is better than many private colleges.
Space occupied by college is better than many IPU colleges.
Sports Facilities provided by colleges are good.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is good but in some classes there are various problems.
We got good sports facilities but doesn't provide time and equipments to play sports on regular days

Placement Experience:

We get placement in 6th semester from college, but the placement is limited and the packages are low which I was told by my seniors. Personal growth and connections gets students here placement which is later represented as college placement. The average package I was told is 2.7 LPA. The college doesn't provides any statistics on placements etc.

Overview to the KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education

Likes

The Management and the faculty of the college is very supportive and friendly to their students.
From campus life to fun and fest to extra curricular activities to college canteen to sports area to library to college ground to hostel, everything you'll find is a top notch.
The skill they're giving and the placement opportunities they're providing is worth to appreciate.

Dislikes

The lift in the college is not for the use of students but only staffs of the college.
Once you entered the college premises you can get out of it after your all class done!

Placement Experience:

Yes, KCCILHE provides campus placement, it has the strong record in the placement in top IT companies at an average salary of 5-6LPA with over 90% of students placed. KCCILHE has ranked at 7th position in engineering college, and the highest salary it has reached was 30LPA in the year 2022.

The faculty's expertise, teaching methods, and mentorship quality is good and they are very helpful in terms of studies and as well as counseling.
My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interaction is been going well till now, my seniors are very supportive and helpful which make it easy to interact with others

Dislikes

I think the most disliked thing in college is computer lab cause most of the computer are not working or out of border.
Secondly I think the sports facilities are needed to more recognised.
Thirdly I think cleanliness our college lack cleanliness

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really shouldn't rate this but BCA is pretty similar to BTech studies but it's the half of the studies u would be doing in bca so u must have heard bca + mca = btech. And I think u could learn... A lot more then btech if u do both of the courses

Likes

The college has a brilliant campus in comparison to many colleges in IPU university. It not only provides us good libraries and classrooms but also provides us specific turfs for sports such as cricket, basketball,lawn tennis , table tennis , etc
The college has a good fees criteria, In Ipu a majority of colleges charge more than 1 lakh for commerce courses but KCC offers these courses under 1 lakh
Kcc gives us an opportunity to meet some very established people in India. The college also organizes extra curriculum fests and competition and becomes the host of many events , like recently the college was the host of the National Law Festival

Dislikes

As such i didn't find anything to disliike in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opt this course as the course gives me a broader vision for the commerce fields and the faculty make sures i achive that vision. According to me the course is all right but sometimes the syllabus is a little too vast in subjects and there should be at least a gap of 4-5 days for subjects with vast syllabus as it is not possible to be revised at the exam time in a gap of 1-2 days
