Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very well crafted it had all the important industry trends included , the curriculum is also in hands with the cpa exam , so it prepares us straight for industry experience, the exams are really simple if the students prepare well and attend it.
Internships Opportunities
As far as I am aware, from the second year itself students go for summer internships and normal internships, many companies offer internships, few that I've heard of is Dell, Goldman Sachs, arcasium, delloit
Placement Experience
From the second year students become eligible for placements, they can sit for placements and go for internships , many get PPO as well. Around 60% of the students easily get placed every year ,the companies that come are big 4 , Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan , arcasium, etc. I personally plan onto sit for placements and get a job
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for one year is 125950, and so around 3years fees would be somewhere around 5 lakhs approx ,there are scholarships offered to certain people, mostly on reservation basis of income basis, the fees is the same for everyone irrespective of the category, scholarships are also available on merit basis.
Campus Life
The college life at mcc is to die for, they've more than 60 associations and clubs, students can join any of them as per their interest. The college has many events and festivals almost every week so it's always exciting to be on the campus.
Admission
The admission process is quite simple atleast for bcom, I chose this college because I liked the framework of the curriculum, the fee structure made sense to me and it had better placement opportunities than other colleges. I didn't face any rejection from other colleges, I got accepted there also but I chose to join mcc.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is around 1:50, faculty is very approachable and are friendly, the faculties that i like is Surya ma'am and Anooja ma'am, the best one has to be Surya ma'am, she's excellent in the way she teaches. I dislike none of the teachers, we have one end semester exam and one internal assessment test every semester.
Other Applied Colleges
Jain University - [JU] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.} (International Accounting and Finance)
Fee structure was very unreasonable to me
