Course Curriculum Overview

5

1. The course provide good placement opportunities as it is a core branch and also one of my interest fields. 2. The curriculum is actually made to prepare for the real world experience in every scenario you are going to face from the smalled to the greatest problems and also leadership qualities are focused to betterment. 3. Only areas I think the college can improve is taking in good facilities who are Frank to students and conveys to their every problem correctly. 4. Exams are held every 1.5 month in the college and their difficulties can vary from moderate to hard as it is a AKTU affiliated college, exams are made to prepare for that pattern and adapt to it.

Internships Opportunities

4

1. Companies like TCS and Infosys provide internships to the students and assign them experts to teach them about the real time job experience which helps them a lot for their future. 2. The details about all of the internships are present at the college's official website.

Placement Experience

4

1. From the 3rd semester students become eligible for the campus placement according to their performance obviously. 2. Companies that visited are, HCL, TCS, Asian Paints, Infosys etc. 3. The highest package can go upto 8700k/yr while the average package can be around 750k/yr. 4. Around 96% students get placed where some of them opt for higher studies also. 5. My plans after the degree is to get a good job and keep growing in my field.

Fees and Financial Aid

1. In the first year while taking admission they took ?137850 with ?10000 as one time security deposit. 2. Tuition fees - 127850/- (Increasing every year by nearly 5k-10k) Caution fee - 10k Registration fee - 1k / ?500 for SC/ST (AKTU Counselling) Admission fee - 20k 3. Fees is same for all categories 4. Campus Life

5

1. There is a techno cultural fest held in the college known as zealicon and also the sports fest of the college known as mythri, more details can be obtained about them from the official YouTube channel of the college. These fests are mostly held in the end of November. 2. The Library of the college is quite big and has almost every useful book you need for the course. 3. The classroom of the college are non AC there are a total of 7 fans in the room but yes AC is a requirement in the college and we hope it will be availed soon to the students. 4. The sports and extracurricular activities of the college is very good actually. The college teams go out and also win many of the competitions. Also there are a total of 28+ clubs in the college which provide ample of opportunities to the joining students to shine in their field of interest.

Admission

1. I applied to JIIT Noida, BIT deoghar, IIIT Manipur, RNSIT Banglore. I choose this college over others because it was near my home and I did not want to stay in hostel also the college is good in infrastructure than any other of these colleges. 2. I did not get rejected from any other colleges mentioned above. 3. Admission can be made through AKTU Counselling, Direct admission, Management Quota. The exams accepted are JEE Mains and Boards 12th. The cutoff can go through 70k - 135k.

Faculty

4

1. The student to professor ration in the college should be near about 35:1 and the professors are very easily approachable and friendly in nature even some of them are very much Frank to the students. 2. Some faculty members in the first year which are very good are Nikunj Sir ( Engineering Mathematics ) and Ritu Singh Mam ( Soft Skills ) 3. Some faculty members which I did not liked were Arun Rawat Sir ( Electrical Engineering ) because I think he's a little rude to students and Prem Sir ( Mechanical engineering) because he is not much approachable type teacher. 4. The course curriculum is very relevant to all the students and the level of difficultly of exams are moderate only. Most students pass but some students who did not pay much attention fail also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
