Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Our college provides students with additional courses every semester like Excel, Ms word, python, Tableau, etc. which does help us alot outside college. The college environment totally prepares you for outside business or corporate world.

Internships Opportunities

3

My seniors got their placements at companies like KPMG, TCS, Deloitte, Astrotalk etc. I don't know about their roles but their avg package must be 3-4L approx. Our college has academic lab where they prepare us for corporate world helping us build resume, with interviews etc

Fees and Financial Aid

tuition fees: 1st year we paid 180000 2nd year we paid 180000 3rd year we paid 180000 The admission fee I paid 67000 along w the hostel admission fee. We have to pay exam fee every semester that ranges from 1400-3000. People with 85% above in their board marks get fee deductions. Fees for bba is slightly different ours it's collectively 6L.

Campus Life

3.5

The college is really good in field of academic but lags a bit in terms of college fest and all. They have been trying to improve their college fests over the years tho. The library has all the needed books And each class is provided w a smart tv and a microphone. When I joined isme the sports wasn't there but over the years they have been improving in that area. There's a hobby club starting from this year, depending upon you hobby like art, books, gaming , sports you join the club.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel is pretty good I must say, just that they serve veg meals which doesn't taste so good and has a communal toilets and bathrooms. Hostel feel increases every year. Now ig it might be 1.5-1.7L p.a. There's no pgs near by so if u plan on staying one it's 4-5km away from college at kodathi. and if you plan on renting a flat it's 2kms away at sompura.

Admission

I didn't apply to any other colleges, I chose this college because of he teacher student ratio, and the integrated course it provides bcom w acca. The admission process for this college is very easy you apply for the college and you have to go through an interview to get selected, marks really don't matter.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty to student ratio is very good in our college. So every student gets enough chances to ask their doubts related to the respective subjects. The relationship between teacher and student is comparatively good. Almost all the faculties are very Approachable. Bu Exams are very easy even if u don't study you manage to pass, and if you do study then u end up w a very good marks.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
