Course Curriculum Overview

4

As i took psychology, my everyday observations and daily happenings influenced me to take the course cause i am curious about why this happened and how it leads to the situation. Psychology is something you can apply in everyday life situations whether it be comforting someone or even in the way of talking to someone.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Although i am not really aware of the internship opportunities yet since i'm in the first year. I have heard from my seniors that they give great opportunities to great institutions where students gained a lot of experience and learnings

Fees and Financial Aid

the 1st semester fee we paid 97000, and the semester fees varies accordingly, we have to pay a little extra each semester. I believe the extra amount will include all the practical fees as well as other things

Campus Life

3

There are a lot of functions and festivals from what i can see. So far i've attended quite a few like Onam. Even the clubs and extracurricular activities is prosperous and students take it seriously and registered themselves in a lot of clubs. Each year Sangathan is opened by a ceremony which indicates that the sports have finally started.

Admission

I wanted to go to DU as it was my first choice, but there was an error in my CUET registration form so unfortunately couldn't give the exam. Fortunately tho, i came across Amity University and once i read about it, i was so eager and excited to attend the university. I felt it was a blessing in disguise that i couldn't give the CUET cause it led me to Amity. I personally love that they give great exposure opportunities for students such as opportunity to study abroad. The admission procedure was simple and it is based on online interview. Although it varies according to the course, some might have to give offline interviews

Faculty

3.5

The facilities in my department are really nice and approachable, while some of them are nonchalant and not interactive in their teaching, they always clear our doubts. We have a lot of class tests and year end exam, the students usually make up their own notes so most of them usually pass. Although the paper is not checked by the same faculty

Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA curriculum in my college at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for the 2025–2026 academic year is structured under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, making it academically comprehensive but traditionally theoretical. It follows a six-semester system that offers a wide range of subjects, from core Humanities (History, Political Science, Hindi) to modern electives and Vocational courses (e.g., Nutrition, Yoga, or Digital Literacy), providing students with a multidisciplinary framework. In terms of relevance, the syllabus is exceptionally well-suited for students aiming for government services and competitive exams (UPSC/UPPSC), as the depth of social science subjects mirrors the state and national civil service patterns. However, its professional comprehensiveness is lower; while the curriculum includes internal assessments, presentations, and project work to build soft skills, the actual delivery remains focused on rote learning and theory rather than industry-ready practical training. Consequently, the course is highly relevant for an academic or administrative career path but requires significant self-supplementation (internships or external skill-building) for those seeking immediate roles in the private sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its balanced syllabus, which includes both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The curriculum is designed in a way that builds a strong foundation in core subjects while also introducing advanced topics gradually. This helps students understand subjects deeply rather than just studying for exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam, the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.
