Likes

College have good faculty member with good education qualification.
College have good lab and practical knowledge is excellent.
Non teaching staff is also very helpful and all the academic work easily done in campus.

Dislikes

Location of the university is noot good.
University lack food canteen and place for sitting like garden.
Their is no placement in himachal pradesh university

Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching methode of teachers was excellent. I gained so much practice and threotical knowledge form my teachers. Especially from my guide, they help me so much for completion of my degree and do ny research.

Internships Opportunities

I done my internship in medical college. It was not sent by University but myself . I myself approach to medical college and finalize my internship only college give me its referral to college. University also gove me option me to go center research institute kasauli for internship but i refuse.

Fees and Financial Aid

I studied in himachal pradesh university, department or microbiology. Done my masters in microbiology. College is having best faculity and environment for study Yearly i pay 72000 fees. In which 8000 is registration fee and rest is managment seat fee+12000 lab security. Non managment fees is total 9000 only. Their was no scholarship provided by University to any student.

Campus Life

My overall experience in my college is excellent. I enjoy so much in my college life. Having good friends and teacher which are unforgettable. The university also help to gain my life lessons that i remember my all lifetime

Admission

It is one of the biggest university of himachal pradesh with good acadmic record and hoving A++ NAAC rating. It is situated in Shimla which is excellent place for study and environment is also very good.

Faculty

Their are 30 students in my class in which 6 were boys and rest are girls. The department faculty was well educated with good qualification upto post doctorate. They helped me to gain my practical knowledge very well. Exam was done on semester bases in which we need minimum 40 percent marks to qualify. And final marking is done upon cgpa bases

Placement Experience:

Placements are mainly offered in the 4th year. Companies start to approach students in the 7th semester. Students get internship offers in 3rd year (by 5th semester). Paytm, Amazon, Infosys, IBM, Qualcomm, and Samsung are major companies which come to campus for placement. But the no of companies coming for placement is not sufficient. The highest package offered is generally above 1 Cr. But the average is somewhere around 7-8 lakh per year. Most of the students in CSE and ECE are placed (MNC is a new branch so data regarding this is unavailable). Placements in other branch are not good.

Remarks:

Positive remarks about is teachers and rules are working properly. There is small but beautiful college campus. I love this college. There is a beautiful garden outside the college. There is plastic free campus.
