A glimpse about SJMCH

We are grateful to our amazing teachers.They try to teach us in a wonderful way . The practical practice are so good here . From early clinical exposure to Class room teaching. Everything is good enough. As they emphasize on practical based teaching which surly help for our university exam as well as entrance exam.

After 4.5 years of mbbs course you have to work as intern in our hospital for 1 year . You will get 42k / month stipend during internship. You have to work in the hospital on daily basis. Night duties are included. You have to work on an average 8 hours a day during practice.

For 1st year new admission (General category) The course fee is - 38985/- Hostel fee for one year - 14000/- But 2nd year onwards Course fee around - 26000 / year Hostel fee per year - 12000 It can be changed by Govt. There are also various scholarships which you can apply. But for general category students the annual income should be less than 6 lakh / annum. Rest other reservation have other rules.

As a new college we have achieved many things in short time span , but much more to improve. There are several functions that we celebrate in our college The majors are - Annual fest (IRIS) - Cultural fest (OCULUS) Festivals are also celebrated amazingly. We are proud to be a part of this college.

For 1st year you are going to alloted a single room which is quite good . From 2nd year onwards you are going to alloted a 3 seated room, which isalso very good. You will have your own mess where you can pay and eat. The food are decent but not so good. The locality here is good you can rent outside the campus.

Our college is a new college That's a con But the other aspects as academics and extracurricular activities are not inferior to any old college. Our college offers the best academic 2022 utkal university topper is from our college. Most importantly it is a ragging free zone.

For every department there are One HOD one associated professor 2-3 assistant professor And 2-3 Tutors are there. Two types of exam i.e. internal exam and Final exam Per year 3 internal exam and one MB exam is held. Every exam consists of theory and practical exams.
