Course Curriculum Overview
We see in market there is no value for mechanical engineer but as I'm in JSPM college i got to know our curriculum and syallabus is set by industrial companies so it is much usefull when you go for a interview or placement. The exams are strict and the papers are checked by our college faculties.
Internships Opportunities
The college has its own placement cell named as SP and IR Student Progression and Industry Relation they offers many companies and various drives for the internship purpose Companies like KPIT, TCS, KIRLOSKAR and many more college make then available for student by its own
Placement Experience
From the 5 semester students are prepare for aptitude and first round of placement drives From 6th semester students are able or eligible for placement drives. There are 150 companies visits our college for placement and the most offers letter are made by TCS company. It is like 40%of our students are placed in TCS. The last year highest package is 44 Lakh pen annum for a ENTC student
Fees and Financial Aid
There is category wise fees structure For General category fees is Rs.1,13,000. It will reduce next year. For OBC category fees is Rs.63000 to Rs.60000. For SC/ST fees is Rs.190 And the tuition free is Rs.62000. The university fees college takes is Rs.1000 And merit cum need helps to get branches. In our college there is tuition fees waiver skeam (TFWS) TFWS fees is Rs.14499
Campus Life
Our annual function is named as Gandharv. It has technical event like innovision and sub events are held in this events like sports, dance, singing, play etc. All classrooms has smart TV led lights and AC and fans also There are more than 75 Active clubs and more than 50 student chapters. The students who joins the club and has a certificate for that is helps them for placements and campus interview
Hostel Facilities
In hostel room Fans are provided, 24/7 wifi is there, in morning hot water is available for bath and other facilities like bed, study table and chairs are there to use. College hostel does not have its own mess, but in campus college has Food court and Canteen for meal The quality is much better than other sellers Registration for hostels are provided on same occasions while addmission process After hostel there are so many PG's are there and also Flats. Rohan ananta is one of society is near the college
Admission
1.I applied for pccoe, viiit DY patil but my focus is on the JSPM Rajarshi Shahu college because it is autonomous and also listed in top 10 college of pune. Also in terms of placement percentage our college JSPM RSCOE is much better than other. 2. I didn't got a rejection from other colleges but i am interested to join this college because of is NAAC ranking and it has AICTE certification. 3. Or admission process is not so difficult it is simple, the eligibility is depend on the exams like CET and JEE This year cutoff for CS is 98.7 percentile For IT 95 above For Mechanical 80 above For Civil and Electrical is 65 above.
Faculty
Faculty is very good and helpful to student. They are eagerly help students to focus on placments and studies. Prof. S. S. Pimpale sir is very good in nature and strict as well but they help you to grow and develop yourself.
