Course Curriculum Overview

5

My course decision is selected by seeing the market demand in Artificial intelligence and Data science it is good for today's markets we have to good knowledge about artificial intelligence it helps us more in future.

Internships Opportunities

4

In cgc, jhanjheri they give you the internship programs to gain your knowledge in future related what company wants to you and you are applicable for future thinking internship is good in the college you explore and gain more knowledge.

Placement Experience

4.5

I think placement was quiet good for everyone who study properly but if you can't get selected by any back in college exams there you should be try outside campus placements if you really desire so you get the job.

Fees and Financial Aid

110000 is my yearly fees of college it will less if you score good in Josh scholarship test it is the online exam conducted by college for giving good opportunity to all the students to study at low cost .

Campus Life

4.5

The college experiences was so good it was pretty campus good environment in college good facilities in hostel no ragging infrastructure is quiet good . Sports and extra curriculum activities held in the campus is good you should explore and learn many more .

Hostel Facilities

5

My experience in cgc jhanjheri hostel is good I say the food in the hostel is much better and the and the staff in hostel is also good hygiene maintain in food and the registration process for hostel is simple you pay your hostel fee in admission cell and then warden give you room if the room is vacant and the minimum cost of hostel is 100000 and mostly preferable type room is at cost of 110000 in this room there is 4 students stay .

Admission

At my college selection period I try to find a good college and in budget . cgc jhanjeri fullfill my all the requirements for a good college before this college I try to go in GL Bajaj college in Noida side but there is no response by the college no enquiry to student so I find this very bad in GL Bajaj .

Faculty

4.5

Teachers is good in college many teachers are little strict but it's there personal teaching ability but they teach well . In my course I had good teachers . Exams was good we need to read properly. Overall papers is good .

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
