Course Curriculum Overview

3

Curriculum is well , all professors follow the national guidelines given by nmc , like marks and attendence criteria it should be according to nmc guidelines, the curriculum is such that it prepares us for the pg examination.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

As mentioned earlier, internship of 1 year is provided by the college itself after the completion of 4th year of mbbs , and after that you have to give pg exams if you want to do masters , if you want to practice as an mbbs doctor , you can either open your own clinic or either you can practice in any government hospital.

Placement Experience

3.5

So after the 4.5 years of course , and once you finish it , you have to do internship of 1 year in blde hospital itself , for which they will pay you around 25-35k per month , after completing 4th year students became eligible for intership.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure in blde college for mbbs course is around 18 lakhs per year when I took admission in the year 2023 now this year (2024) it is 19 lakhs , there is no increment in fees once you take admission in this college , Hostel and mess fees are around 1.2 Lakhs/yr .... It is not necessary for freshers to take hostel , but preferably you should take in hostel itself for the first year.... The registration fees is 5000 for the first time. There are often scholarship available for economically weaker individuals. There are 200 students in a batch....!

Campus Life

4

The overall campus experience is very good , there is one subject knowm has community medicine in which they take us to small villages to take medical history of the people living there and solve the problems of the individual, if in case they are suffering from any disease.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is nice , they maintain cleanliness in the hostel , there are rooms available for 2 as well as 3 people in a room , meal quality is also good as compared to other highly rated government colleges of India. At the time of admission the registration process of hostel and mess is done.

Admission

I have chosen this college for the near by distance from my home town , and secondly the low fee structure as compared to other deemed medical colleges in India . Our college has best campus as compared to the city it is located in , and the discipline maintained in it. For the admission process you have to take the counselling as same as it is in government colleges. You cannot take admission here through payment seat , you have to take through national procedure followed by other students . I have got and seat in D Y patil kolhapur but I took this college due to reasons mentioned above.

Faculty

4.5

All the faculty members teach very nicely , specially in first year anatomy , they teach in depth . In first year there are 3 subjects Anatomy , physiology , biochemistry. 1st year is the base of mbbs , if u learn well in first year , 2 and 3 year will be way to easy , there will be 2 internal exams , 1 pre university and last 1 University exam , you should get atleast 50 percent to pass in exams and your attendance should be 75 percent , there are around 5-6 professors for 1 subject , and there are approx equal ratio of girls:boys i.e 100-100....!

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and relevant for exams but not for real world applications. I feel let the parts of body I was specially fascinating so I like anatomy very much and we also got a very good teacher, the curriculum is very good for examinations however the real wall applications of this curriculum is very little, they should be more real life applications and whatever the latest technology than studies are happening the student should get the latest info about them, timing between two exams in an internal semester should be a little more such as a day or two because we do not get time to prepare the subjects curriculum very well for the examination.
