Course Curriculum Overview

MSc microbiology is a post graduate professional program which has the duration of 3 years and follows semester system. The course includes lots of research and practicals along with deep study. The days are full of learnings and exams are tiring.

The institution provides with well equipped and comfortable laboratories to conduct practicals. Seminars and workshops are also organized. Internships are there along with placements. Several companies visit the campus and recruit the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of MSc microbiology is around 3 lakhs 75 thousand for 3 years which is quiet feasible as per the education and facilities provided by the institution. Also, the course is very popular among the science graduates and has good scope.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

I have chosen this college for the near by distance from my home town , and secondly the low fee structure as compared to other deemed medical colleges in India . Our college has best campus as compared to the city it is located in , and the discipline maintained in it. For the admission process you have to take the counselling as same as it is in government colleges.
