I chose ECE and BTech because I always had the interest in the Electronics field since childhood and Also It have many opportunities in the future. Course can be hard sometimes and Require a improvement but It is not College specific. It requires attention and sincere efforts to Complete.

I do not such companies. So I cannot answer this question but College does help in Letting students know about how to apply and clear the internships and also Personality development classes help in improving the chances of selections.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities in this college is better compared to most of the colleges. You start getting offers from 7th Sem. A lot of companies are visiting but there are not many positions in those companies due to recession.

Fees and Financial Aid

Galgotia college charges around 1.15 Lakhs annually for ECE, with slight increases annually. Scholarships is offered on the basis of merit in Entrance Exam providing partial fee waivers. Total fees approximately will be around 5 lakhs.

Campus Life

Galgotia have one of best environment with a lot of social clubs and events to take part to. The students get the perfect opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and Explore different paths. Also there are lot of Improvements in Technological aspects in the college

I chose this college because it had a good reputation and also had known relatives studying in this college. I did not apply for any other college as I was satisfied with admission in this college. I got admission via counseling.

The teachers in Galgotia's are well qualified and Highly trained. Student to Teacher ratio is also good but can be improved. Some teachers can be less underatable than others but it is completely subjective point as Every teacher have the unique teaching style. Since it is affiliated to AKTU, Exams can be unpredictable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Galgotias College: A college that underwhelms you in every way but never allows you to complaint.

I also applied to its affiliated college galgotias university because I heard about horrors of aktu. But didn't opt for it because the crowd on gu is actually considered really bad. GCET gives admission through UPTAC counselling through aktu. You have to appear for JEE and secure a rank of at least 2 Lakhs if you're from UP and want top CS branches....Read More

Insights of GCET

At the time of counselling, GCET is my 3rd preference as I have properly researched about it and matches with my eligibilty criteria as well. I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
