NCU facts

Overall my course is good .we learn most of the things that btech students learn but there are very less opportunities for bca students and there isn't anything specific anyone has learnt in there specialization of my batch but things are getting better .

There are compani like Wipro , Accenture, BMS, Deloitte, Think future etc . Many firms come to the campus and the stipend is of 25000-30000 on avg for students. We are supposed to build our resume good. And there is major project also which we are supposed to submit in which we have a mentor faculty who guides us .

There is a placement cell called cpaa which make sure people get placed . There is good placement. If the course is of 3 years you start getting placement opportunities in 5th sem and there is a VA course which needs to be clear before the last year because that subject make you eligible for the placement from college.

In first year I paid 63000 per semester. In second year fees got increased by 3-4% so I paid 69000 per sem . After that I'm currently in third year and I've paid 73000 per semester. Yes, there are opportunities of scholarships for the students who has scored more than 9.5 in a semester they are called Dean list students. Apart from that student who had good 12th board marks they also get scholarship in first year. It is a private university so the fees is very much for the course

I have a good experience in college. Faculty is good , students are good , campus is good , food is also tasty and hygienic, there are fun activities every Thursday, there are many societies. I'm member of many clubs and societies which makes me learn many things too .

I chose this college coz it was near to me than other colleges and I had other options like krmu , gd Goenka, Amity but they were far from my home and Amity , GD Goenka don't have a wide variety of specializations .I wanted to do something creative and it was the best option for me

The faculties are very helpful and they also resolve the doubt even after the class they put there extra efforts . There are minors and majors - two exams in one semester Minors marks get directly added to the result and majors marks are converted than get added to result. It is important to pass the minors . Along with that 20% - viva , labs , class performances,attendance 10% online quiz 70%- minor + major. And there is one very strict rule that if students have attendance less than 70% they aren't allowed to sit in exams so sometimes people get detained because of there attendance.
