GECR review

The thing that made me to choose the course is the evergreen core branch of engeneering field . And in this college it is very good, the placement of electrical students is very high similar to computer engineering.The timing of exam are at about 11:00 am to 12:30 pm . It's difficulty is similar to other GTU exams.

Students have to apply for internship at 7th semester and then from 8th semister they have to complete their internship of 6 months but college itself do not offer you any of the internship, you have to apply it by your own.

After 7th semister students become eligible for campus placement. companies like tatasoft , reliance, TCS ,adani visit our college for campus placement . Average package is about 4.5LPA in electrical branch and highest is 7.5LPA. percentage of students getting placement is about 59% . My plan after getting degree is to have a good placement through campus.

Yearly fees of the course is 1500 rupees only including tuition fees , registration fees, admission fees, development fees and lab fees . All the courses have same fees structure for all the students. Here we can also apply for scholarship provided by any institution.

In our college technical fest like hackathon, tech fest and other things are conducted by the faculties. In our college you can easily access any of the books for some time period after your enrollment number is given to you . Sports activities like chess , cricket, volleyball are conducted by sports faculties but equipments are not present here.

I had applied and got admission in gec dahod but then I applied for this college as it is in the main city , and it is way better then gec dahod. I didn't got any rejection from any college. To apply for this College first you have to give gujcet or JEE (any of these) exam , then you have to fill acpc form , after this if your merit rank is good then you can get admission in this college.

The faculty to students ratio is about 25:1 and it is pretty good. Mr. Ravindra parmar teaches us very nicely there and help us in providing notes of units . There will be about 3 exams in 1 semister . First is mid sem which is of 30 marks , second is internal semister end , third one is external semister end exam conducted by gtu.
