IIIT Manipur All You need to Know.

Curriculum Is good , there are additional courses for 2 nd year students ie Swayam courses which provide great knowledge and practical use of various components like microprocessor etc. There are various subject which lift up your CPI as they are easily understandable and very scoring.

There are many internships provided mainly by updating on Gmail by our fellow professors and HOD's . You can apply for internship through online submissions at various platforms and organisations like DRDO,ISRO etc

Currently The placements are going good most of my seniors are getting jobs in Deliotte, Jio, Motive ,Reliance,Azure and Amazon Placement are the toughest things to crack but our college is doing good in placements most of my seniors are placed and happy with thier packages.

The Fee varies per Semester and each semester fee is between ?1,56,000-?1,60,500 Which also includes Hostel Charges. Tution Fee is around ?1,10,000.Other than that there are gymkhana charges , Sport facilities Charges and Examination charges.

The Social life is rich here mainly in hostels and in college too, The clubs are active here and events are organised frequently there are clubs like Google Summer Camp For Developer's, Cultural Club,Literature Club,Coding Club etc.

Hostel Facilities are good everything is provided including table chair fan and other common things like Almirah etc Mess food is average but they provide healthy meals and essential items like milk,coffee and other essential items

My Main Priority was getting Computer Science, first I got CSE in a GFTI but after looking cutoff from previous year i was sure of getting a IIIT ,so I prioritised getting a degree in CS. So I got This institute which was offering same for me

The professor are very informative and good mentors they support students with the resources they need , overall better than many institutions. Courses in each semester change with college providing flexible courses and skill based courses and there are Language Skill courses like Japanese and Korean. Exam here happens like this: Assessment 1: 25 marks Assessment 2: 25 marks Assessment 3 : 25 marks(Assignment based) End-Sem : 100 marks 50% of All Assessments and 50% of End Sem Marks
