Likes

Girls to boys ratio is 1:1 and my college promotes co-head teaching which is a good initiative
The infrastructure is really good and our faculty is really experienced
Our placement cell is also active and student approached.

Dislikes

Sometimes to focus on a whole 50 minute session is tough I think it should be less somewhere
I am in a favour that college should look after our college curriculum activities too

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is very well versed and made in a way to be easily approached by a student .Every faculty provides us syllabus priorly and the exams are conducted in the same way. They are conducted after every schedule and the date sheet is communicated to us priorly.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our placement cell provides us placement opportunities which are usually not paid but there are paid internships too. They approached us in a delightful and good manner. We also ask them out in any doubt arising and they also helps us.

Placement Experience

Our placement cell is very active and student approached they communicate with us very well and they provides us yearly internship opportunities with discussion at our favourable place and time they also provide good package placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester fees of my course i.e. ballb(h) is 65000/- and there are certain scholarship opportunities also available to us and we can also available then by having a certain score in 12th class percentage and also by holding good cgpa.

Campus Life

Our college provides us a good academic life as well as a quality co curricular activities life where we can enjoy and learn a lot.they organise yearly fests and clubs also organises events which are student oriented.

Admission

Firstly I want to explore more in law field and i want to continue my litigation career under my father's guidance, the reason why I choosed this college is very simple because this college is very good and a great alumni available here to gain more knowledge.

Faculty

Our exam structure is divided intopre mid term, mid term , post term and end term consisting of a whole 100 marks . In the first mid there is mcq exam, then there is 30 marks pen paper exam , in post term there is submission of assignment and in end term there is 50 marks pen paper exam of all subjects.

ICFAI Dehradun is quite amazing!!

Placement Experience:

Not just Uttarakhand session or high court law firms but even firms from Delhi and the ones that have pan India presence and are reputed are the ones which provides placements to ICFAI Dehradun students. Still a less number of people are placed from our campus as litigation has been the core of our academics.

My College Life

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college campus headed by Diwakar Das Sir. He is very responsible towards his work and ensures that the deserving students will get placed at good places . I'm not interested in corporate law so I won't be getting any placement form the college . I have other plans for my future .

law yet lovable life

Placement Experience:

right after the 4th year an average student gets on with their carrer path and college does have a placement cell which surely help students to place them but students must be attentive and follow the instuctions provided by them and have to stand out from other students as everone does not get chance to sit on a placement drive and the average company offers minimum 3LPA which most of the students take initially and leave soon. i plan for litigation though.

A transformative journey; my experience at ICFAI UNIVERSITY

Placement Experience:

The placement structure is not good for law department, it is really very good for MBA and other department but definetly not for law. it is not like they don't provide placement at all but instead if there are 150 students and 80 students have opted for placement then only 20 to 25 students get placement which maximum goes to 7lakh per annum.

ICFAI University Dehradun has a wow factor!!

Placement Experience:

Rules are constraint here as minimum criteria are in place as a CGPA of 8+ throughout. Also, the internships count and all are mandatory for eligibility of placements at ICFAI Dehradun. If one is under that then placements at top corporates like Bajaj Group or the Hero Moto Corp group among others are also certain.

after the 3rd semester student are eligible for placements. Companies like Google also came for their placement plans. The highest package i have ever seen in the college is 60 lakh by google to a girl and the average package is abot 8 lakh to 10 lakh every year nearly 80% students got the placement. I will be completing my MBA from the same college after taking the degree.
