Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is similar to other colleges Our university syllabus is considered a bit easy compared to others which i find too teachers teach their subject well so there's nothing hard to understand yes u can devlop little difficulty in mathematics as most of the students but its normal i just suggest that two midsems are bit hectice as first one passes smoothly second ones are conducted in a bit hurry with practicals just one week later first mid sem includes first two units of the course and second include last two total 4 units are there in every subject every semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

College do provide placements but u should too devlop enough skills in the 3 years you get for a smooth placement procedure and also mantain a cgpa over 8 so most coampnies allow you to sit in thier exams college provide highes packages of around 15-20 lakhs and average of aroung 4-5 lakhs placements start from 6-7th sem major coampnies like tcs , infosys , l&t tech , hcl mostly visit the campus

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for first year B.tech is 144000 In second year the fees reduces to 137900 and in third and fourth year also the fees revolves around 130000-140000 So , your total fees for 4 years lies between 5.5-5.6 lakhs THE breakdown of fees is something like ( for second year) tution fees - 1,11,000 university fees - 20,000 student activity fees - 1,000 industry readiness initiative training by learnovate - 5,900 TOTAL - 1,37,900 You can avail scholarship for EWS category few students every year are provided with this scholarship you have to fill the form and submit it with income proof if it is approoved your tution fees will be refunded

Campus Life

4

From my perspective your campus , college and social life lies all in your hands that how u manage and enjoy it . if u are too social and extrovert it wont be a big deal for you to form a group in first few weeks of college and being a shy person it would require u some time to open up but mostly everybody finds friends in college there's no one who's sitting alone all the time . There is one major fest of college named UTKARSH which is held in feburary other than that a dandiya night is organized in college in october college have a good hand in sports as college teams perform well in university tournaments in mostly all of the sports so u can give a try if u have intrest other than that college have all the major socities like dance music theatre and mostly every soceity u will for surr soceity of your interest

Admission

So very few students have this college as their first prefrence it comes after MAIT MSIT BPIT and BVCOE but its also better than some other colleges of IPU like - HMR GTBIT GNIOT DTU JIIMS so it is not the best of all but also not the worst of all it requires a rank of 2-3 lakhs in JEE mains to get admission in IT all the colleges above it requires a higher rank so students drop down to this college in IPU counselling

Faculty

3.5

Faculties of the college teach well They provide enough notes and support during exams faculty to student ratio is 1 faculty on 50-60 students u can ask your doubt in middle or after class faculties are approachable and other aspects also depends on your relationship with faculty some are too strict about attendance some are a bit leniant and same goes with the in-time of class some closes the door in starting 10 mins of lecture and some allows to come a bit late too There are 2 mid-sems which are held in college only before the end-sem exams which are held in the informed centre our centre mostly lies in BPIT(rohini) mid sems are of 40 marks and are held in college exams are not too tough or too easy if u start preparing some weeks before the end sem exams u can easily score a descent 8.5-9 cgpa a minimal amount of student get backlog in subjects which also u can clear next year

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.
