- there is no ac in any classroom or lab , however there is ac in the library which also does not work
- campus size is very small in under 10 minutes u can explore all the campus
Course Curriculum Overview
course curriculem is somewhat relevant as i choose cse they are teaching 6 subject right now there is c language and then there is applied physics , applied mathematics different sections have different subject like one section has evs and other has applied chemistry teaching methods are good faculty keeps every student in mind and do not rush the course they want you to understand
Placement Experience
placement records are a bit low maximum package is 48lpa but the average package is 5.5 or 6 lpa which is not great considering h3 highest package only some student get packages above 20lpa . several company visited the campus such as infosys over 1000 offers were made however it is all about skills u develop over this span of time . u can sit in palcement after 3rd year
Fees and Financial Aid
right now i am in the first year and i have paid 164000/- for the whole yearthere is no schollership yet and i think the fees decreases every year there is management quota which requires i guess 5 lacks
Campus Life
campus life is not so good it is very small there is 8 acre of campus there is no hostel facilities available inside the college , only few fests are conducted over an year such as gharba night which was not conducted this year , the liberary is very small ,classrooms are also very small , sports facilities are okayish not so good and not so bad , but the societies are very good and very hepful
Admission
no i did not choose this college over any other college i blundered in my jee mains examination and got lower rank so i had only this college in option from ipu . the admission process is quite easy there are two ways 1st though online councelling of ggsipu which has several round u can select the college u want if u have the compatible score u will get enrolled but the document verification takes your whole day and its very frustrating and then there is management quota u can take admission with money
Faculty
All the faculty members are very supportive they provide u with all the possible facility , faculty to student ratio is good however there are so many exams there are 2 mid terms and 1 final term in each semister but the passing criteria is good there is 40 marks for internal and 60 marks for final theory paper and u just need 40 marks to pass in a subject.
Night Life
there is no night life in the college as there is no hostel and the campus is very small there is no gym , cafeteria closes around 6pm , there is no famous places around the college or inside it but ucan take a rikshaw from outside to kashmiri gate which has best connectivity ,the locality is also not safe as its in the seelampur area
