A journey worth sharing

Faculty of the College is but the administration of the college is not so good.

Bachelor's of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication) is a 3 years degree course of Mass Communication in which there are overall 6 semesters and each year has 2 semesters and in every semester there are two round of internal exams and one round of external exams and in external exams the ratio of marks is 75:25 which means 75 marks theory exam and 25 marks practical exam and this course is especially for the students who want to join any Media house Production house Theatre Printing Press etc .

College never provides any placement or internship to the students as during the time of admission they promise for the internships but after the admission when the students require the internship or placement the college asks to find the internship and placements on there own.

1. Orientation, 2. Independence day celebration, 3. Teacher's day celebration, 4. Freshers, 5. Zest (Annual cultural fest of Lingaya's University), 6. Zeal (Annual cultural fest of LLDIMS College), 7. Anogoonj (Annual Cultural fest of GGSIPU), 8. Antarman(Media fest of college).

No, I have not adopted any scholarship or education loan. But some of my classmates adopted for this.

Campus life in LLDIMS is good but the location is not good as its even 8 KM far from Chattarpur Metro Station and a way to campus after the chattarpur metro station is not safe especially for the girls. And the ratio of boys is more than the ratio of girls in the college.

Alumni and Seniors in the college are very helpful and kind with the juniors and even its anti-ragging campus.

So getting the admission in this college,I cleared IPU CET Exam which is the entrance exam conducted by IP University as this college is affiliated with IP University So then after clearing the exam then there is 3 rounds of counseling is being done by the IP University and in which we have to fill the preference of colleges and then according to my rank I got this college and in the second round I paid Rs 40000 to IPU to fix my seat in the college as this college has limited seats and after this freeze the college seat I visited college to pay the remaining college fee and this college usually begins its session from August .

Faculty of the Bachelor's of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication) department is good and helpful in every matter whether academics or extracurricular activities. But the faculty of college changes frequently and because of which students suffer from there studies.
