Likes
- The college campus is quite big and impressive.There are many cafes available in the campus as per student curiosity.
- There are evening programs organised for student by all the senior students . Even the boys and girls ratio is good the ratio of boys is to girls is 70:30 , which is far better than other colleges .
- The college organises many Fest regularly, the best thing is that the college organise Fest for specific departments like tech Fest and other .
Dislikes
- The college infrastructure is quite old , the classroom’s interiors are very old type .
- The college is full of Marathi students , which is a very big problem for other state candidates because they feel difficulty to interact .
- The hostel food and rooms are quite bad there are many cases of robbery in the hostel .
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer engineering is quite popular in today's time, that's why I choose this course doing this from a university is good that's why I choose doing it from Pune university because the question papers of previous year are easily available . Students can prepare easily from YouTube and other platforms.
Internships Opportunities
There are very less pre placements offer in my college . So the chances of getting internships is very less . Students have to try by their own for internships. The faculty even suggest for some internships .
Placement Experience
The students are available from the starting of the forth year the main companies visited is cognizant and Accenture . The highest package in 2024 till now is 24 lakhs. The average package of this college is 4.5 lakhs p.a. . Till now the placement percentage is 70% and ongoing. My plans is to get master degree from other countries .
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year the fees for engineering is 125000 and every year it is increasing by 10000 to 15000 . Though there is many scholarships available for obc and sc/st caste but nothing for general candidates . Comparing to other colleges the fees of my college is quite impressive and affordable as compare to other private colleges.
Campus Life
The college students get many events organised by college . The main thing is that the college provide specific Fest and function for every department. The most popular Fest of this college is Tech Fest and spring Fest . There are also many clubs in college. The campus life of students is good because the college campus is also very big and also there are many cafés available for students.
Admission
I have applied for all colleges under sppu . The main reason for selecting this college is that the fees of this quite affordable for all type of students . St ,obc , sc caste get special scholarships . The process of admission is through Mhtcet and for other state student is jee mains
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very good . They give proper attention to very student the teachers which are new and young are very good because they teach in English where as the old teachers teaches in marathi which is very difficult for other state students. The college is under Pune university so the previous question papers are easily available and you will also get proper course available on YouTube . The library is also very good . The college exam is very easy and also makes easy for students to clear it
