The most friendly & pathetic place

The location is pathetic. Labs are just okay. The faculty is good. The canteen is awful. Management is awesome. Study level and principles are up to the mark. So think accordingly.

Course Curriculum and Exam Structure are totally based upon university norms and can be found at the IP official website. It has basically divided into six semesters and each year consists of two semesters. The course comes with the basic knowledge of writing skills, sports and radio journalism, graphics management and video production. Well! the course comes with a full package of each field related to journalism. So you get never bored from studies and learning.and its relevance too like unless boring history in this you will get to know about industry requirements and media ethics and principles.

The placement of the college is neither bad nor good. Like I witness placement festival just once and no major companies for the BAJMC course took the route of the college. So better to try and engage internships by yourself.

The college has three major events: 1. Zeal 2. Zest 3. Anugoonj {IP university feast} Zeal is an annual cultural festival, is conducted by LLDIMS College inside college premises. It is an event that was completely handled by students. College management only announces budget and students have to handle it. Like the BBA department handles the management of the event, BAJMCdepartment students have to cover the event, making reports, etc. Zeal is another annual event of college but celebrated in LV Faridabad. I didn't attend it so I can't have much information about that. Anuggong is an annual IP fest. Details can be seen on the Ip website.

Fees structure is pretty simple. While taking admission you have to submit 40000INR upfront to the college which has basically the fees of IP university for a year. The fee structure of the college is fixed by the college according to the courses selected by the students. (57,200) fifty-seven thousand two hundred all the expenses are excluded like bus fare, canteen expenses. For the BJMC course, you have to pay 71000INR in 1st year and 67000INR in 2nd year and the same in a final year.

They have the option of scholarship as per Ip university norms but didn't know much about it. Scholarships and loans are offered by the college on the basis of the financial status of the student. A scholarship is given to a student who has scored 60% and above and whose parent's income is less than 2 lakh per annum. Laptops are also given to needy students on loan for one session.

Well! college is located in a pathetic area[typically called Mandi road]. You have to take a cab, auto, etc from Chattarpur Metro station to reach there and the area is not that safe as rash driving is very often on the road. College provides the transportation facility at a nominal charge but the service and quality are just okay. It's better to have your own vehicle to reach there. College life is just okay as it still feels like school. Like there is a fixed time to enter the college typically 9 to 3.

It's a ragging free campus so don't worry about that. Seniors are helpful and will tell you enough about the college cheats etc things.

From start, I want to pursue my career into journalism field so as per India Today Bjmc college ranking LLDIMS comes at the first place. So here is the easy procedure for applying. Just visit the IPU website and fill the CET form available there than you have to wait for the issuing of admit card and exam center details and other necessary details will be shared by the IP website. Score or bring good rank like below 2000 then you will get admission easily in the college. After completion of the course if everything goes well you will get a degree affiliated from IP University. If you miss the whole procedure or date of the exam than college has an alternative also. The college comes under Lingayas group of Institutions and having their own university named Lingayas Vidyapeeth (Faridabad). You can get admission in LLDIMS but in that case, you have to get enrolled with Lingayas Vidyapeeth and the degree you will get will be affiliated to Lingayas, not IP.

Well! that's the thing which I don't want to comment. Faculty is helpful but changes so frequently. I took admission back in 2018 and till now 4-5 times faculty has been changed. New faculty members are also good without any doubt but new faculty and even students need time to adapt their nature and skills and maintaining the coordination.
