Likes

Good fests every year and encourage cultural activities
Conducts seminar and guidance by resources person
Very big campus and well maintained area

Dislikes

I don't like the bus fees systems we have to pay even if we don't travel
And I think the fees is not worth under comedk
It is a tire 3 college and compared to other colleges in Bangalore it is little less

Course Curriculum Overview

I chossed the course called. Artificial intelligence and machine learning I choose it because it was the new branch and thought it was interesting and wanted to something different than the computer science

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 183000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have not got any internship from the college has of now iam in 7 th semester and I hope I can manage to get the internship in the 8 th semester because the internship is mandatory in 8th semester has it has 16 credits

Fees and Financial Aid

It is is a 4 year course and I have to pay 183000 per year has I got addmission through comesk For every sem exam we have to pay exam fee for university fees And also we have to pay bus fees even if we don't travel from bus my house is just 1 km away from college this is the disadvantage

Campus Life

Campus Life is good and encourage the students to participate in all kind of activities informal and formal like the sports events and the cultural fest etc in formal seminar group discussion and presentation ect

Admission

I chose it because it is in my home town and it is near to my house and also it is one of the good college compared to my near district so i chose it i didn't want to go to other districts and can travel from home

Faculty

Faculty are in good enough numbers to mange the give subjects and very one is well qualified and easily approachable and encourage us Some new faculty are not good but the old ones very good My favourite is Chetan kr hod of our department

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

St Joseph college of engineering mangalore,a honest and straight forward review.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are pretty well and this year they are even more better .from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for the placement and I have also planned to cover multiple cources provided by the college and some outside material also to get the market exposure and make my resume more stronger.The highest package offered by the companies is 48 lpa.The placement percentage ranges from 75 to 85 percent

Lower tier Engineering colleges

I had no idea about engineering , I scored very less in KCET surprisingly . I had no one for advice and people made it so obvious that engneering is the standard of education . I did not seek proper guidance and was mislead by admission sector people referring to Electronics as both software and hardware demanding sector and there is scope to grow . But in reality very less requirement ratio of electronics students exists. JNNCE was told to be better than any other engineering college near me due to it's longevity.
