Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum provides you a well established relationship with the faculty as they help to enhance your communication skill and they improve your to face the different aspects of life. The exam will improve your knowledge about your course and this is one of the reasons for choosing this course

Class Size: 21Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 170000 per annum and it is for 4 years adding up the total as 680000. The teaching is very well and many clubs and commities are provided by the college and if any doubts are their faculties are there for helping you with everything.A well educational atmosphere is also provided and as for other activities various sports are their and facilities are given to improve your non academic abilities like sports and athletics. Various are canteens,restaurants,and even Domino's are provided inside the campus and keeping a clean environment for a happy meal as well.

Campus Life

As a economics student I was given the chance to be a economics club member and various others as option and it really started helping me in knowing about the course and how to use this in your real life and strengthen your knowledge about the economy

Admission

The course bsc.economics is not provided in many of the colleges and many vitian aluminies told that theirs a nice environment you could study and they had a good feeling structure with given facilities

Faculty

Each student is accounted to a faculty for sharing their needs and it's a very good structure they made as it helps to improve the relationship of students with faculty. Their are 3 exams in a semester and various assessments to complete making up your percentage and it's a nice way of examining your students

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

Actually the college provides placement for the students and especially to the lower background students at the max. The college collaoborate with the govt. dept. to create placement drives in the college. The salary is not that much attractive still its okay only.

Placement Experience:

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

From semester 5 the students will be eligible for the placements .there is no particular placement classes for the students.Students have to separately prepare for it by their own.By naan mudhalvan scheme many companies have visited our college but most of them are the start up companies and average package will be 2 LPA And 3LPA will be the highest package.Many students got placed from many departments like40%.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.

Life of an MBA at VIT

All of us know VIT for its flagship program which is B. Tech but its MBA program is too good as well. I gave the CAT exam and secured 85 percentile which helped me in taking admission at VIT. NAAC accredited the university Grade A and it is ranked 51-75 for MBA/PGDM by NIRF in 2020. Another thing is the cost of study which is far less compared to other B schools.
