A Step Towards A Better Future

We have a Total of 8 semesters. There is nothing hectic as such. We have vivas and practical exams before theory exams which starts one month prior to theory exams. In one year we have two theory exams one in May-April and second in Nov-Dec. Practicals and vivas exam are chilled there is nothing like failing in vivas and practical.one can fail only in the worst condition.

Placement cell is the best part of the college as they train the student so as he has the assurance to get selected. Maximum CTC- 7lakhs (Diebold) Minimum ,CTC- 2.49L (TCS). If you are one of the top students then you are the cream of the college and will be in favor of everyone.

The college has several committees, societies, and associations on campus, encouraging students to participate in different activities. There are two main festivals in the college, first is Surge the cultural festival and second is Renaissance which is a Tech festival.

Fee structure includes tuition fees, Development fees, Gymkhana fees, E-charges fees, Ashwamedh and Indradhushan, Disaster relief fund, Cultural activities fees. The fee structure for open category is 104000, for OBC it's 60k approx, SC-ST its 15k approx, TFWS its around 10k-15k. My First Year Fees was 1.1L.

I haven't opted for any scholarship or any education loan to date. College provides many scholarships. They have a portal online and even offline we can fill a form. Even Mumbai University provides scholarships which are also applicable here. You can easily avail these by filling a form online or offline! Several opportunities for the scholarship are available.

Department of Information Technology majorly focuses on innovation and student projects. There is an Institution Innovation Council (IIC) under MHRD’s Innovation Cell that promotes innovation. Several expert lectures on state-of-the-art technologies, workshops, etc. are organized in the department that help you keep updated with the cutting edge inventions in IT. Students are given ample opportunities to strengthen their skills in areas of their interest.

Seniors are quite helpful but not heard much about the alumni. The seniors are quite amazing people as they thought a lot about this college. The college provides interactive events to get acquainted with them.

Admission process for this college is quite simple. You just need a minimum 50% score in HSC and good MHT-CET marks. Because this college is Gujarati Minority college so there are chances that you get admission on minimum 100+ CET score but if you don't come under Gujarati then you need minimum 135+ marks for a good stream like Computers and Information Technology.

The head of the IT department and all faculties of the IT Department are very helpful and promote the spread of knowledge to every student here. Any difficulty faced is addressed by the faculties instantly. The results are very good and placements are also good enough for the deserving.
