About jiit noida in brief

Here we have 5 courses in sester 1 and the course is very much similar inalmost all colleges. The coding culture is good here which influenced me to join this over other same level colleges. The course is very much hectic and we got our first exam very early after 1.5 months of college only ander have our mid semester 2 weeks later which I don't like. I know exams are important but it feels too hectic with so much frequent exams .

Recently a post on twitter was viral because of amazing opportunities of internship from JIIT noida. Microsoft again emerged as the best internship offering company. However some students fail to get internship (paid one) .

Currently I am in 1st year so I don't have any placement right now from college.Bit placements are decent. Microsoft, Deloitte, futures first,,JP Morgan and other companies visit the campus during placement season Avg package is about 9 lakhs rs andfor cse it is higher. The highest package is about 81 lakhs rs .Microsoft is the highest package provider and recruit around 15-20 Intership is also good from here. Almost all the students get placed (except a few) because if someone is left to be placed they are mass recruited by tisco etc . After the degree I wish to get a stable job but my plans can change too and if I wish I could do higher studies.

The fees for 1 semester is around 3 lakhs for which 1 lakh rs is for hostel and rest for academics. The overall total fees for the 4 years is 24 laks Rs and it increases slightly every year. Their is a few waiver policy which is rare as it is given to only 10 students per branch. Batchmate fees is also around 24 laks for 4 years .

The campus life is good, although the campus is small but is is very beautiful and organised All the facilities are being provided for sports and gym. The annual fest is called CONVERGE and it is held in October November months . Library is also great ,It has over 2 laks resources (including e books) and their are different libraries in both the campuses. In classrooms we have projectors,although classes are not much advanced and seat quality is also not that good . For sports we have cricket, basketball,football, badminton,table tennis,squash,chess, swimming, volleyball etc We have 2 swimming pool in sector 62 and 2 in sector 128. We have 2 gyms in both the sector. Gym is good. For extracurricular activities we have many options,their are many societies which are active every time and do some or the other activities related to the club There are drama society,tech society,art society, cultural society . Cricket ground Is not there in sector 62 but sector 128 has it so no issue .

Hostels are okay okay ,we have a table ,chair ,bed, cupboard in room .AC are there but starts at 9 pm onworming hours and at 10 am in holidays. Mess is awesome,the fod quality is good and mess also remains clean.however sometimes they don't make that good food but it happens rarely. Registration process happens during counseling itself and is pretty easy ,we have to pay themthay time and it is done.

I applied for SRM ktr,lnmiit Jaipur but I joined Jaypee institute of information technology noida because I'm case of SRM the students intake is massive of more then 3000 students. Lnmiit is a good college but I was getting mechanical there , cse in jiit noida is better anytime then me h at lnmiit . I applied for bits pilani too but I got rejected as I didn't clear cutoff. The location of college is good and is one of the reasonsi preffered it. The admission process offline which I don't like.We have to vometo jiit noida on a particular date and wait for our name to be called of, this is very hectic as many of exams are going during that time(other colleges exam,for example I had my bits the very next day)

Our faculty members are great,they are experienced in their respective field and teaching method is also good. Although thery are strict but only when we are not attentive in-class. They are helpful to students but sometimes they just ignore our doubts if they are too easy which is not good.
