Course Curriculum Overview
Regarding the NEP our course curriculum is well designed with respect to the industry perspective.Things required for the industry are thought in our curriculum like MERN stack for web development and also BI and analytics.I think everything is good regarding the course curriculum
Placement Experience
From the third semester students are eligible for the placement. There is a dedicated placement cell for the college which look out all the placement related activities and track all the students data for the placement.There is campus placement almost upto 20 compunies came for recruitment.Highest package is upto 14lpa and average is upto 3-4lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Last year college fees was 78k which includes all the fees i.e tution fees, caution fess,etc but this year they increased the upto 88k the overall fees structure is different for all the categories If student is form the Maharashtra For general category and obc category = Rs.88,146 For Sc/ST = Rs.40,749 For students outside Maharashtra= Rs.1,49,352
Campus Life
There is annual festival in last week of the December.Each department have there own fest.My computer science department have technical fest know as Bits&Byts.Form computer science department there is dedicated library which includes upto 50k books on the different topics and we also have another library which contains upto 2 lakh books.
Admission
I applied for the Wadia college, SP College and SPPU for the MSc(CS) but when I reached out to the senior of those colleges they gave us feedback regarding there is not good placement and there is very hectic schedule, teaching staff is not that experienced and not updatedtheir teachings method as per new demands of industry.I am good in studies that's why I am selected for each college where I applied. The admission process is very smooth and not that hectic. first we have to create a student account for the entrance exam and then we should give the entrance exam, if we get a good score then our name will in the merit list which is published on the official website Then after that there is one ofline table round for the confirmation of documents and all In the table round respective departments will complete all the admission process in one time which reduces the work of students This makes addmission very smoothly.
Faculty
1:15 ratio for the faculty to student, faculty is very supportive and we can approach any faculty and ack any kinds of personal doubt of academics doubts they handles very wel.I like one of Faculty members among all is Uma mam,her teaching style is very unique.There are semester vise exam in each semester there is evaluation process of 20 marks and remain other their is practical labs for the practical subjects and theory for the theoretical subjects
