What Students Say

Likes

Sports facilities are nice can take any sports equipment if is less crowded
Every facilities like haircut and necessary things are inside the he campus
You can order from Amazon,Flipkart or any e-commerce platform and recieve package

Dislikes

There are less girls. There are 3 hostels for boys and 2 for girls
Hostel is bit too crowded. During class time rarely get to use lifts. ground is also crowed
In first semester freshers cannot go out of campus unless parents pick you or it's holiday(with proctor and parents permission)

The exam here are conducted way too frequently.There is less break in between them and there is no such thing as study leave in this college.I think mechanical engineering will have more scope and opportunities in the next 4 years

There are many companies offering internships and placements in their companies for the students.IBM, Amazon TCS are some of them.Students are required to do projects on different this like programing language and designing softwares like python, cad , matlab solidworks etc

Placement Experience

From 2 and 3rd years students recieve interships.And the many events and hackathons are really good for us to improve our coding and designing skills more than 80% get placed in this college.So many are getting dream offers

Fees and Financial Aid

As a first year student I think the college is good but a bit crowded, teaching is average.There are so many events and clubs.Sports and gym facilities are nice.Free gym is not that good l.Hostel food is above average.For the first years fee will be 195000 and caution fee was 15000.There are no reservations.

Campus Life

Campus Life is great only good food and people all around.But little competitive environmen,which is good, Infrastructure is great for sports and for labs and workshops or seminar or any programs .There are clubs for every thing here

Hostel Facilities

I am having 6 bedded ac room there is a cupboard a racks a table a chair and a bed for me. Hostel facilities are good clean washroom drinking water is easily accessible.Meal is little bad on some days buts otherwise it's average

The addmission process was fully online.The first time I came to college was to join.This college has good nrif ranking and good placements so I chose the college.Tje eligibility is to qualify viteee exam.It is an easy exam compared to jee or any other exams

Faculty to students ratio is less, because the campus is crowded overall.There are 3 exam in a semester.The first two has a weightage of 15 and third has a weitage of 60. The grade will be relative gradng

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

About My University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I influenced by my friends who joined in this course ,later on I adjusted with it ,the curriculum prepares students in which they are capable to understand in their own way with which they build up projects and expos and many more events conducted by the other collages to participate in it. It is a tough situation to deal with it because the minimal gap between the sessionals is 1.5 month so for students it a stress to cover the syllabus of all subjects and with project works etc.

Life of an MBA at VIT

All of us know VIT for its flagship program which is B. Tech but its MBA program is too good as well. I gave the CAT exam and secured 85 percentile which helped me in taking admission at VIT.
