Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum hasn't been planned really well, a lot of load management needs to be done by the college faculty. There are 2 MST's before giving a final per semester, so it feels like we keep on giving exams.

Internships Opportunities

4

The university itself will provide you with internships regarding your course and your field of study. Even if you can't find one yourself the college will provide you with a pretty good opportunity. In my case I've been given internships under a few good lawyers at Punjab and Haryana high court, which helped me a lot.

Placement Experience

0.5

The placement my college provides is almost zero, for example 2 out of 10 students are placed in my department and the max package they're being offered is approximately 1 lakh per annum. I'll be pursuing my masters in law after completing this course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I'm currently in my final year and my fees throughout the course has remained the same only. I pay 55000 per semester along with 2500 examination fee. So the total fee comes out to be 575000. There is a scholarship option as well, but you have to maintain minimum 9 CGPA to be eligible for that.

Campus Life

3.5

The overall experience has been great so far because of the friends that I have made through basketball. The clubs are usually inactive but the college keeps throwing us some events every two weeks so it keeps us engaged.

Admission

The admission process of my college is really easy and simple. There is a group of counsellors who guide you through each and every process, even help you with tuition fees and scholarships. I chose this college majorly because it was very close to my hometown rather than going to Bombay.

Faculty

3.5

There is a pretty good amount of faculty within the campus, with all of them being young and newly made professors, they're a little hard to work with. Most of the faculty members are easily approachable and they tend to help you whenever they can. Exams are usually moderate, they're not very easy and not very hard.

The college usually gives placement in 9th semester. The law firms like Khaitan and Khaitan usually come for placements. The highest package i ever saw here was 10 Lakh rupees per anum and the lowest is 4 lakh rupees per annum. Around 80% of the students bag placements. My plans after defree include Judiciary and PP exam
