great college experience

College management is also very supportive. In the 3rd year, I was unable to pay my hostel fees in time. After meeting management they allowed me to stay and gave me time for payments.

Course Curriculum is based on the syllabus provided by Pune University. Every subject contains 6 units that cover almost every concept. The exam structure is pretty clear. First, the in-semester exam is conducted and then the end semester is conducted. The result is posted online. The credit system is used to analyze results.

Placement in our college is pretty good. Many core companies visit our college for placement. I have availed an internship for the Zensar company.

Every year, a College festival called Innovision is conducted. In which all the students participate in many competitions. Competitions may include code hash, robotics, etc, Certificates provided to the participants. Workshops on the latest technologies like Android are also conducted.

Total fees for the first-year student were 1,11,000. I was a TFWS student, so, I paid just 7025 INR. For other students, there were scholarships like EBC, OBC, etc. Some students were allowed to pay fees in installments due to their economic conditions. Next year, Fees might increase as the institute has become autonomous.

I have availed the Punjab Rao Deshmukh scholarship. It covers almost all the fees of the hostel. You can avail this scholarship if your parents have less than 1 lac income and you have less then 2.5-hectare land.

Campus Life was awesome. The gender ratio was fear. Actually, we have more girls in our department than for boys. College supported students for extracurricular activities. Students who were good at sports were allowed to participate in competitions even in college time.

Hostel fees for the year are 35000. Students are allowed to pay fees in instalments. The hostel is available in the college campus itself. The hostel facilities are really good. Rooms are well set and the environment is good for studies. The canteen facilities are also decent. The hostel provides filtered water for drinking.

Alumni were in contact with current students and they helped juniors in all their difficulties. Seniors were also very helpful.

I got admissions in the college through the online process. The process was conducted by the government of Maharashtra. It was based on the merit system. College merit is average and it varies from department to department. Admission dates are posted on official websites.

The faculty of our college is really helpful. You can contact them anytime you want. They are also active on Whatsapp. They try to solve all queries related to the students. All the faculty are highly educated and really good in their fields, some of them have a Ph.D. in their field.
