Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

the curriculum is designed to align with current industry standards and technological advancements. many departments regulary update their syllabus to include the latest trends such as data science , artificial intelligence and renewable energy.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

really good internship opportunites for students , but during internships top branches are preffered over low branches , many companies visit to provide internship and even pre placement offers to students

Placement Experience

5

IIT bhu is ranked 3rd in terms of placement in INDIA , it offers placement and internship opportunites to students of every branch and every field , if any student is focussed about placements than this is one of the best college

Fees and Financial Aid

tution fee - INR 1,20,700 per semester, caution deposit (refundable) - INR 3000 (one-time) , registeration fees - INR 500 per semester , admission fees - INR 1500, Development fees - INR 2500 per semester , Lab fees - INR 1000 per semester, Library fees - INR 1000 per semester , Examination fees - INR 500 per semeter, Hostel fees- INR 5000 per semester, Mess Advance - INR 15000 per semester. For students from SC/ST/PWD categories there is a significant reduction in fees, with the total being around INR 183600 for the complete course.

Campus Life

4

the campus life is great with lots of club and societies to interact with like minded peers and excel in your respective field of interest , apart from academics the college life is great with lots of parties and fun too.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

the hostels are really bad , with very less space , in room capacity of 2 , 3 students are living with no coolers or air conditioner, even the water supplu is also not good in hostels and infrastructure is too old.

Admission

I choosed IIT bhu because of the prestigious tag of IIT , IITs give the best industry exposure than any other college , iit bhu also has one of the best placements and one of the biggest alumni network among all colleges.

Faculty

4

the faculty to student ratio is about 1:70 , the faculties are really good ad knowleagable and cooperate well with the students , if the student has other interests they are open to support them . They are friendly in nature

Other Applied Colleges

Malaviya National Institute of Technology - [MNIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Preffered IIT over NIT irrespective of the branch as IIT provides more opportunity and exposure to students than any other collge in India

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
