- There is a hospital and medical store inside the campus in which you will get free treatment and check up and medicine.
- The infrastructure and hostels of IIT Dhanbad is so clean and well established including lift inside the hostels as well.
- There is no restriction for students for outgoing the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview
The college has a very good average package and a good campus life. The improvement in the course curriculum or further academic pursuits is to check copies with good marking. The exam difficulty level is moderate to Difficult, So you have to study very hard.
Internships Opportunities
The intership are started in the 5th semester in when many companies are come. Amazon, Google, and Apple like big companies are come to an intership. The intership is not easy for students. To get intership you have to first qualify the quiz then a paper and then interview.
Placement Experience
The placement of this college is good and the average placement of IIT Dhanbad is between 17 lakhs to 60 lakhs approx. There are more than 250 companies visited to get the students hire. Above 80 percent students getting placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Year wise I paid is Rs 2 lakhs 60 thousand in which hostel fees and academic fees including tution fees, caution fees, admission fees etc are included. For weaker economic students including SC and ST category the tution are cut then they pay Rs 63 thousand yearly.
Campus Life
There are many fests and other activities are conducted yearly. The name of the fest are conducted in IIT Dhanbad is Srijan, Concetto, Parakram, Basant and Pratibimb . Parakram: The games and sports festival of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
Admission
I applied for many IITs during counseling but I didn't get that college. Then I choose this college over the others because this college has a good average placement and the campus life and culture is good and ragging free. The admission process is that you have to crack a competitive exam called Joint entrance exam advanced which is very difficult exam.
Faculty
The faculty are well experienced and qualified. Some of the faculty are AIR 1 and gold medalist. The exams pattern are conducted per semester as 2 quizes for 20 marks and mid exam for 32 marks and there is a end exam for 48 marks.
