College? More like a boarding school

The curriculum is rather backwards which is not relevant in todays time . The coarse focuses more on memory power than creative and innovative thinking. Improvement are required in yhe field of new ideas for learning and modern learning process

There are placements provided from college but not all students get to have that only students with good overall grades and extracurricular activities and participations are provided interviews and then they are shortlisted . The average package id say is 5-6 lakh per annum but high packages are also available upto 40-50 lakh per annum

The default fee for one year coarse is 1,00,000 per year with 7,500 per odd semester as registration fee. There is no other fee that is applicable but there are several fimes that are imposed if you break the rule. There is scholarships available on the basis of your scores in 12th grade exams and jee exams and also uttar pradesh citizenship, and there is also a mimor scholarship for sc /st students but that is not a major discount. There are other coarses like law , bca, bba,bjmc,ba .

There is a annual function FUEL that takes place during February every year and few small functions are also organised and also there's freshers party that takes place in November or December. Various clubs are there and they are provided with opportunities but nit very often

I did not apply to any other college as this was not what i planned to do but things didn't gonas I thought it would go as i was preparing for nda exams and even cracked written exam but could clear ssb so the time i was done with ssb therr were nit many options left for me. Admission process is really simple.

Faculty is rather small according to the students number , for example in my first year total students enrolled in btech were 1600 and there were around 50 faculty members. There's one professor namely Dr. Arun sharma who teaches engineering physics very professionally and he is brilliant in what he does.
