Very good course and that of Jamia hamdard it is the best, jamia hamdard has made its name from its Unani department and a very old hospital Majeedia Unani Hospital. So it's a faith that I have got this college and so good environment.

In jamia hamdard there is a good facility of internship program. As there in BUMS and many other courses jamia hamdard itself provides internship for the students. In BUMS students get internship in its own Majeedia Unani Hospital.

Placement Experience

There is a good campus placement. Students are satisfied from the campus placement as they get wonderful job in great companies. Jamia hamdard makes sure most of the students gets placement after they pass from here.

Fees and Financial Aid

General quota - 1.45 lakhs per year Self finance quota - 2.75 lakhs per year NRI quota - 3.45 lakhs per year Admission quota is decided according to the marks obtained in NEET exam and after the online councelling process.

Campus Life

Campus Life of Jamia is best among the other universities in New Delhi. Full of greenery in the campus keeps you fresh all the time . And the well developed departments make you feel comfortable in studying. Many concerts and different types of programs are organised in behalf of the students enjoyment.

Admission

There is admission form which is released according to the time of admission, students have to fill it and wait for the councelling process and a call from the college itself. After you get a call from the College you will have to visit the college at a given particular date.

Faculty

There are enough faculties with a good ratio. Every department has a good number of facilities. I like many faculty of my department who are too much experienced and they are here from 40-45 years which makes them outstanding in their field. There are 9 periodical assessment, 3 term test and 1 final prof. exam in 1.5 years. There are total 3 prof of 1.5 year each and 1 year internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

My course is MSC operations research, which is a very vast and deep course. It goes deep into understanding business operations and providing the businesses with best quality steps. There were real life projects which have helped me alot in understanding difficult topics. If there could be more projects it would have been more helpful for studies. The exams level is moderate to difficult, have to study hard to perform good in tests/exams.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Campus placements are must here as we may not have higher degrees like other engineering college students. But we are younger and more enthusiastic and also we have the skillsets which has been taught to us at our college. A Decent Guide to Jamia Hamdard

I applied to some other colleges also like Amity in Lucknow, University of Delhi and sharda too and I also got a letter from amity but it was very far compared to Hamdard in Delhi. when my name was listed in list of Jamia hamdard my parents thought it would be better for me to go Hamdard because of the environment so that's why I choose Hamard I did got rejected by other colleges because I was very late to respond to their mails Admission process is quite easy you first have to fill the form online on the site of Jamia hamdard within the given time period of whichever courses you like and then pay the form fees then you'll to wait for your name in the list of that particular course which the college releases time to time...Read More
