Dislikes

Course Curriculum Overview
The human anatomy and physiology fascinates me to the core, which eventually led me to chose medicine as my profession. I can say with the ample amount of work experience we got during the internship prepares us ready to face the real world without being underconfident. Interaction during teaching can be active rather than passive. Exams frequency and duration are ok but including mcqs will be quite helpful.
Internships Opportunities
There is mandatory internship periods of 1 year for every medical graduate which will be done in the associated hospital of college, it should be done in that associated hospital only no chance to change previously changes can be made but now that option is not there. We received a stipend of 22,850/- per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it's free seat alloted in all India quota . Minimum fee of 12,600/- per year is paid at the start of each academic year which all lab , tution fees etc; Everyone has the same fees but the eligible ones for scholarship given 10,000/- return. No other scholarships were provided.
Campus Life
Coming to annual functions and all that happened only during my first and second years after that we got invaded with corona virus which led us to be quarantined for too long periods and that lead to no annual functions but on a small scale an event took place while in internship. There's no clubs in our clg . Only sports club there but I didn't participated in it as I'm not so good with sports. There are some insta pages which are fun and educative at the same time . Academically my clg was good but coming to extracurricular activities it's of no good .
Admission
I obviously chose this college because it's one of the prestigious government medical Colleges and it's near to my hometown making it easier for me to be a day scholar. I also applied for Andhra medical College, which has good rating compared to my college I can get a seat here but I chose to stay near my home town . In order to join MBBS you need to clear the NEET UG exam with good marks and a decent rank. The cut-off varies with each year.
Faculty
During our academic year the number of seats available are 150 out of which 147 occupied. We all are teached in a single hall with good sound system and using the projector. Not the professors but the residents are quite friendly and helpful in learning and clearing doubts . In case of labs 150 members divided intlo half 75 one segment and 75 other . Exams are conducted at the end of academic year with 2 internals and 1 semifinal . The exams are of theory type . Few like 10 members fail to clear exams . Most of the time papers will be moderate to difficult.
