Likes

Good teaching and non teaching staffs. Very friendly
Compared to other nearby colleges much more freedom
Much more near to the place i live and transportation is available

Dislikes

Often unnecessary rules are implicated on students
Cafeteria is not decent. We have climb to reach

Course Curriculum Overview

Mainly my love towards electronics and technology influenced my choosing of this stream. The curriculum provided can be relevant. It depends on you Basically allow the students to choose what they want to learn

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 58000 per year

Placement Experience

From 5 semester onwards placement starts but even before that they train us to be ready. Almost 20 to 30 companies have visited and almost 80 students have got placement Highest package is 7.3 LPA My plan is to pursue higher education

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission fee of rs 10000 had to be paid Caution deposit 10000 Yearly fees is rs 58000 rs 8000 is lab fees Then there are other miscellaneous payments Scholarships are also available and there are also reservations available

Campus Life

Overall i had a great experience There annual sports meets and cultural fest There were other events especially during calendar mentioned festivals Many clubs and social groups have been established Technical facilities are some what okay

Admission

Compared to other college this one was near easy to get to from where i live. Admission is easy . You can take admission through entrance exams . Then there are reservations. Management seats and other scholarships

The faculty to student ratio is adequate I liked all the faculties i have interacted with they are easy and friendly There are 3 exams with definite intervals And 8 semester exam conducted by university Along with supplementary examinations

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Remarks:

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. An inside look

I didn't applied to any other college for this course. But i got enquiry that other college have fee structure way more than this. So i choose this college. And also heard that college faculties are good, so i do choose this college. Eligiblity for this course: 12th with 70% marks in board exam. Diploma students can also apply by lateral entry. The college mainly focus on academics

There is Entrance exam and you need to make it through the allotment process if you want a seat in the General category or else you could approach through management or NRI quota seats where you only need 50% and above in Physics Maths and Chemistry...Read More
