Remarks

Mostly it is all positive, they could reduce the fees structure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good it depends on each student and usage of given time, the course curriculum is good and exam structure mostly depends on Anna University. It is always relevant and if you want to be more focused on research and development you must put extra time and work.

Placement Experience

I don't know much about placement, I haven't given it any thought but as far as I know, most people get jobs, like if you work for it, yes you get a better job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I paid 85,000 in the first year which includes most of your expenses apart from bus fees, some books, exam fees, and stuff. Fees are mostly for tuition and a small percentage goes for notes and other stuff, it is worth it if you find a use for all the things and facilities they provide.

None, I haven't opted for anything. I am not eligible for that but there are many others who have opted for it.

Campus Life

Mostly everything is good, we don't have an 11s football Ground which is disappointing but a 5s turf is available and all the other sports have their respective grounds and gym, swimming, etc are available. All are equal, no such gender ratio. All extracurricular activities have individual clubs.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, whenever I need help I mostly approach my seniors and faculties. Mostly everyone will help you out.

Admission

I got SNS College of engineering via Anna University counseling, I applied and attended Anna University counseling and selected SNS as it is a good and well-known college in my home town, I used my 12th mark to get admission but I think now we also entrance exam also.

Faculty

Good, friendly and most importantly helpful, can approach them anytime with anything, staffs are really cool and most everyone would encourage you to take part in most of the college events and so on, and students are also very friendly, any help with the subject or research staffs VL always guide you.

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

LIFE AT VIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

ECE is a core subject in the upcoming technologies like the semiconductor field etc. which is why I chose this branch. VIT has a lot of labs and equipment that enables a person to learn and grasp practical knowledge faster. The teaching methods include using a PPT and using a white board . Sometimes flip classes are done when students explain topics. The 2nd open book test is the toughest in difficulty level when compared to exam 1 and the final test.

Life At SNS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

When I approached many reputed Institutions in coimbatore Minimum they askes for about 10 lakhs of donation and fees didn't include. Fees was the major obstacle why i didn’t choose other reputed college. When i reaches other college they were not up to standards and placement was very poor.
