What Students Say

Likes

Students who all are studying will like the spine X Building
They can also appreciate the annual day function and pongal celebration
I like the infrastructure and the amenities they provided for the students

Dislikes

There is no culturals and any entertainment for students
There is not enough staffs for placement training

Course Curriculum Overview

I like to choose B.E Computer Science and Engineering because everyone in this world are engaging with the IT oriented field and the MNC are approaching the students with the talent of computer skills. So my advice is to choose the course based on computer domain

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In My college, they provided the different fees structures for the students who join college in different mode like Firstgraduate , Counselling , Lateral entry. Some of the students are struggling to pay the full payment. The fees ranges from 75000-130000.Here the college does not provide any scholarships to the first graduate students. But they help the students who are lost their father.This is the kind work from the college management and they help us to avail for the educational loan from the bank side domain

Campus Life

The students also participated in club activities and performed so well based on their interests. The library from the college management and the department wise had too many amount of books who provided for the students for education and research purpose

Admission

I'm applied on the engineering counselling based on the cut off marks from the 12 grade. I choose many of the college for the application and I too give priority to this college for the limited fees structures compared to other colleges

Faculty

The assistant professor and professor can be more helpful to the students and they provided all the ways to be placed on the IT company. They all giving the efforts to deliver their known skills to the students to become successful in their carrear

Night Life

My college timing was 8.45-4.30. After college hours the students hangout spot was cafe,Shopping mall,Theatre etc...The hostel management provide gate pass for the students to go for a outing in the weekend and enter the gate within the time.Everyone should enter the hostel within 8'o clock

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

EDUCATION WITH SATHYABAMA

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

The course curriculum is good...but it is better to have present skills to be learnt ...it is all university fixed curriculum that cannot be changed otherwise all were good to know about basics and good sib knowledge

Aspects Of College

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

Average College Experience at Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college is good. Average salary package is 5LPA. Companies like Amazon, JPmorgan, Virtusa, Accenture, HCL, Valeo, TCS and other major companies hire many students here. I heard more than 90% students were placed.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements in our college usually start from 6th semester. Students are regulary trained for placements from the 1st year both in aptitude and coding skills. Certain branch students receive training specifiically in their own field Most of the students get placed in IT-service based companies like TCS,CTS,Infosys and Accenture. In recent years students have got placed for Marquee offers in big prodcut based comapnies like Autodesk, Amazon, MIcrosoft and Goldman Sachs.

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

Life At SNS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

When I approached many reputed Institutions in coimbatore Minimum they askes for about 10 lakhs of donation and fees didn't include. Fees was the major obstacle why i didn’t choose other reputed college. When i reaches other college they were not up to standards and placement was very poor.
