Likes

No Dresscode, T shirt ,jean, vesti also allowed
No special class if we got fail in internal or we got arrear
On duty are provided regularly for other colleges events, hackathon, sports etc

Dislikes

College fees and college bus fees is too high
We wanted to walk nearly 2 km from bus stop
If wanted to take our bike inside the campus, we should paste the SNS logo sticker in the bike

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and design course is new to our college. They trying their best and our seniors got placed with high package. Teachers put their efforts to help us. Three internal exams are conducted before semester

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In 2 nd semester leave they ask us to go to internship by our own. All students applied to internships and Did 21 days internship. Every year project should be made and submitted at the year end. For project 4 members in team

Placement Experience

My college provide placements. In 3 rd year of my course they starts us to train to get placed in company. Then In 4 th year placement interview are happened and my seniors are placed in their dream company

Fees and Financial Aid

My course free - 1,15,000 and I got BC scholarship 6,700. For exam they collect nearly 4,000 per each semester. For college bus they ask 40,000 for 35 km. So I am going by outbus. They ask 500 for each semester as a association fee.

Campus Life

My overall college experience was totally good. They gave us monthly tasks to do. Like 10 leetcodes per month, CEO interview, Posting article in linkedin, participating in events, and sports activities

Admission

I came SNS in councelling. My cut of is 147. I tired college only in coimbatore. I luckily paced in SNS College. Then my life and course stars from SNS College of engineering. I also tried other colleges.

Faculty

Faculty are very friendly and educated. They thought us the lesson easily. Before exam night question banks are provided by some faculty. If we read the question bank fully we can crack the exam easily. But some faculty won't provide questions banks

Night Life

Yes, offcourse we have gym, cafeteria, library in our college. There two food courts and three cafeteria. Hostel students are not allowed to go out of the campus. Prozone mall is near to our college. It is a famous hangout place.

Vibrant Cmapus life at HITS: Academics, Oppurtunities and Social Engagement

Placement Experience:

We are eligible for the placements only during the 7th semester, we are given pre placement training, mock interviews and skill development workshops. Most of the recruiters at HITS for CSE are TCS, Wipro, Congnizant, Capgemini, IBM, HCL and Accenture, others include KPMG, Deloitte and EY. The number of offers differs from company to company. The highest package ranges from 12-15LPA, the average package is mostly 4-6LPA and there are alos slightly lower offering salaries like 3.5-5LPA. PRofiles that are most offered are Software Engineer, Data Analyst and Consultant. Almost 70-80percent of the students get placed and this may also vary across departments. Plans after receiveing the degree and if not placed are to pursue higher studies or build my own startup in the tech industry and build more skills side by side.

Good college for low fees

Placement Experience:

Very good college in trichy. Not only in trichy i have never seen such freedom college in tamilnadu. Well educated staff, well inexperienced staffs, quality teaching, well equipped labs, fully furnished class rooms

Life At SNS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

When I approached many reputed Institutions in coimbatore Minimum they askes for about 10 lakhs of donation and fees didn't include. Fees was the major obstacle why i didn’t choose other reputed college. When i reaches other college they were not up to standards and placement was very poor.
