It doesn't have a better infrastructure . There has been a good maintenance of discipline among students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure usually changes every year. Now it is cbcs scheme which means choice based credit system. It has module wise portions for every subject. The present syllabus kind of ok as the technology is far ahead of the syllabus which we are studying.

College Events

There are many events celebrated in our college every year. There are main two fests celebrated namely cultural and technical, which are intercollegiate fests. The sports events are also celebrated. And many project expos are also organized which provide us good opportunity to learn and know many things.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have not opted for any scholarship. But scholarships are provided to students every year based on different categories.

Campus Life

The campus is good. The gender ratio has high no. Of girl students than boys. There are many competitions like sports, technical and many others. Especially many events are organized by seniors which are amazing. Our management provides us great support in our ideas or researches.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is extended to many sectors. Some of our seniors are entrapeneur when they are studying itself.

Faculty

The faculties of our college are very friendly and supporting. The help us in developing our abilities and provide us enough required stuff if we want to do any project or research etc. Female faculties are more in our college compared to male faculties.

Our college provide very fantastic placements , in every year they invited two or three companies in our college to get placements us.In last semester the students are eligible for for campus placements.Shilpa biological industry, biocon industry both company are offered the placement in last year. they told they provide highest packages 800000 rupees per year and averages 400000 per year . In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

There are campus placements in our college to company like Amazon and infosys.students become eligible for campus placements for 6 or 7th semester.i think so minimum package is 8 lakhs per year and max is 35-50 lakhs.it depends on the way students give their interview the percentage of students getting placement might be somewhere around 30-35 percent.i have some start-up ideas such as real estate or hostel business

The placements ar pretty good, with top companies attending them. Companies such as Goldman Sachs, google, microsoft etc participate in them. The highest package goes around 56lpa, the average for cse being around 28lpa. 95% of them are placed.

Placement Experience:

Students of 4 year are eligible for placements and students of third year are eligible for internship.given they have more than 7 cgpa with no subject which is uncleared that is having active backlog .My plans is to get a pre placement offer through my first internship.Big companies like microsoft ,Tata ,wipro, boeing come to college .percentage of students getting placed increase every year .This year it was 60 percent.Roles offered and placement depend on your field of interest and which companies you are applying for .

They prepare you guys to get into this competitive world. All the things are good in itself. Teachers are the best here. They are very supportive and helping. Periodic tests held every 25 to 30 days. And semester exams held after every 6 months.

I applied to acharya college and ramai college also but I got confirmed addmission for in this college . and I choose this colege because of my comedK rank . only this is the top college I was getting by that rank. yes I get rejection from other college that i applid to because my comedk rank is not sufficient to take admission in that college . there is the three process to take the admission in my colllege i) comedk - in my time the cutoff is 32k for Computer science and enginnering ii) Kcet- I am not sure about kcut cutoff but nearly 40-50k for this college iii) management quota - there is no cutoff for management quota , only you have to show your money power and get admission in my college my overall admission experience is normal...Read More

Actually I didn't get the other colleges because in the councellling i got this college. But I'm fine with it. Comparing it with other colleges can be done on the bases of fees structure, Curriculum, campus size. our campus size is approximately 17.5 acres, where other colleges follow VTU syllabus, here we have our own syllabus because our batch is the the first batch that is autonomous.
