What Students Say

Likes

The teachers are very helpful and kind. They have a special bond with students even after college.
The college is interconnected with other wadia colleges because of which students are able to access multiple grounds and cafeterias.
College has a huge ground with basketball, football and most importantly three cricket practice nets.

Dislikes

Though the college has good sports facilities, diploma students are barely able to find time from studies and assignments
Some computers in mechanical labs still use windows xp and do not function as they should.

Course Curriculum Overview

The mechanical branch specifically tends to follow a lot of innovative and futuristic ideas such as automobile, artificial intelligence is taught in college as a separate subject. The level of exams is moderate, not too tough, but also not too easy exams questions are based completely on the syllabus that has been taught in the class and a little portion of 5% will be from external side.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

There were more than 50 companies that have contacted directly and indirectly for placement. Each student was allowed for the interview after getting selected irrespective of their backlogs. The college will also send faculties with students for their interview at companies in some cases and guide the students. As per sources, the actual highest package was about 6,00,000 which is pretty good after diploma.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees was 70000 2 years ago, since this year the fee is going to increase to 80000. Special benefits are provided to general category as well as reserved category students if they have some financial difficulties.

Campus Life

There are more than 70 computers for computer students in their lab and separate computer lab for every department including mechanical. Extra curricular activities include paper presentations, speech competitions, sports, table tennis, arm wrestling, cultural events, feetivals and much more. Even celebrities are invited during special events.

Admission

The college only accepts Admission on pure merit system, which provides all the students affair chance it doesn't does not have a special management Quota. The faculties will guide you throughout the admission process calmly. The college will also provide financial scholarships to students coming from poor family background irrespective of what caste category they belong.

The faculties are very helpful and supportive throughout the engineering program. They have guided the students to score every year. The college is best known to have atleast 10 students above 90 every year for engineering admissions in direct second year.

ZEAL polytechnic institute college review. Good campus life with placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are not so good. In order to get a good package you must have a good cgpa around 7-8. If you have a good cgpa. You can get a good job offer with a annual pay for 5-6 lakhs. I plan to do btech/be after diploma. That,ll help me get a good placement. I can do btech here only if i manage to get enough percentage in my final year. If i couldn't i plan to get admission in keystone school of engineering which is a good college for engineering degree. Mostly infotech and proazure hire the most. There are other companies too. Around 60 percent students get placed.

Placement Experience:

Placement strategies is different for every department. Like most computer engineering students wants higher education. Mechanical, civil and automobile students not that much interested in higher education. Teachers of placement department are very active in there work they gave us more information and counseling like who have to get higher education and who gave to be placed. Students fills a google form which os about students placements, according to that they know how many students are interested in placement and higher education. Companies like TATA, VPRO and other are came for campus in our college various tests and interviews are taken then salary and other things are discussed. Many students get pass in interview. The ratio is about to 30% students get placed every years from campus.

Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology: An Overview

I had applied in the GPP and Dy Patil College as an option for this one. Also according to my result I was eligible for admission in all the colleges. But this college I chose specifically is for my relevance. The other colleges I had chosen were far off from my home and the distance was too much time consuming.
