Likes

The most important thing i liked about my college is obviously there professors . All of them are so good in their own subject and they know where will students lack .All are very helpful and cheerful.
Second thing is i like the space of my college. My college has a huge campus area.
Third thing i like is all time availability of sanitary pads at girls washroom.

Dislikes

I don't like few classes as they are not well structured as compared to the other classes
I don't like the canteen staff because few of them are ride to talk.
I don't like that washrooms are not regularly kept clean.

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually my course curriculum is good not the best and not the worst , its good and nice. I like the way our teachers always help us with the syllabus and difficulty level of books. I don't know about many professors but my Economics faculty is too good. They always provide us real life example so that students relate with that and at the end it become easier to understand the subject.

Fees and Financial Aid

Dyal Singh college, Delhi University offer variety of courses and i opt for Bachelors of arts in Economics+ English. My total year fees i.e. one year or first year fees was 12,000 something because registration amount is also added in this and my second year and third year fees was 10,000 something. Examination charges were taken at the time of semester exams.Overall this course is affordable and best for me and for those also who want to pursue this courses.

Campus Life

Campus life i think its best life because you meet end number of opportunities. Your social life become better. You can join any society and club of your college as per your interest. There's so many social club also, you can join that also. If you are an introvert don't worry, after the year of college you become extrovert i.e. social person

Admission

Eligibility criteria of my course is 12th marks with good percentage for best college. DU has their official website and anyone can get application form from there and fill it out . Application fees is affordable.There is also reservation benefit for obc, sc and st category students. I don't give any entrance exam because i am from 2020 batch.

Faculty

My learning experience is so good in college. All teachers are so friendly and helpful at the same time. They know there respective subjects at its best. They always encourage students to take part in other curriculum activities also apart from the studies. They know where students lack and they help them with the same.

THE ALL ROUNDER

Likes

The college has a very beautiful greeny campus.
The library is just the best thing that the college has , it is the largest in du, with computers study area all books and magazines newspaper and other necessities.
The students and teachers are very kind helpful ambitious and intelligent , you will learn a lot here.

Dislikes

The administration sometimes works too slowly regarding dew things.
The canteen is very big and food is also nice but in rain water gets concentrated there.

Placement Experience:

it is said that the placements of this college are good and average being 10LPA and 17 LPA the highest. Many companies come for the placement drive every year and many of seniors have got placement in their third year.

I liked the Vibe of the Campus and Culture

Placments here are good , Reputed Companies here visit campus offering great packages like Asian paints and MRF. They also help student in preparing for the Placements by organizing variouas events and sessions

Moments of happiness

Likes

I liked the ration of girls and boys it's almost same .
The teaching method of teachers and the library.
College infrastructure and various opportunities and sports ground .

Dislikes

Events in college are usually too short like till 5 pm only .
Classes starts at 8:40 in winters atleast it should start by 10 .

Placement Experience:

English hons is not a course in which placement is that widespread as far as I'm aware . But our college provides placements for other courses like b.com etc and we have placement cell which keeps updating us on internship or placement opportunities and overall package is quite good .

college provide good placements. Recently companies like deloite, paytm, zepto, agile, insplore and many more companies visited in campus. only 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Average package company offered is 500000. as for internships only 5th semester in 2nd year are eligible for applying in internships.

The professors in my college are very supportive
There is many opportunities in every field of engineering
No crowded place professors support in projects and guides you to get better placement

Dislikes

Hostel management are very low lack of room for home state students
Due to construction dust is flowing around

My college provide good no. Of placement and placement from 7th semester students are eligible for placement many companies come over for recruits highest package is 6 lakh to 80 lakhs above 6 cgpa students are eligible to sit on placement

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

Fully solar energy used for electricity in Hostel and campus
Wi-Fi is working properly and fast all over the area.
Hostel and hostel mess are neat, well managed and hygienic

Dislikes

Sports facilities are not too well in this campus
There is zero spot of E- vehicle charging.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is newly introduced by seeing the upgradation of the industry by involving AI & ML in that work, this campus and course doing great work. There should be improvement in lab classes only and Exam are done easy to moderate level.

Likes

The opportunity of placements are very good.
Faculty is very helpful and strict at the same time.
The privilage of free treatments for students and their families.

Dislikes

The campus is small and no fests are there.
No canteen is there and only badminton court there .
Girls hostel is there but not so comfortable it is.

Placement Experience:

Placements are the best part of this whole course. Placements are provided vy the college, at the end of the course which is of duration of 4.5 years. The placements can be at Govt. Hospitals, like AIIMS.

Remarks:

Faculties of this institute are good and helps in understanding each and every thing clearly and also it is near to my house. Campus is also good with every facility that a student needs. This college also provide teaching material to students so that they can get their concepts clear even at the time of exams.
