Likes
- In Osmania university i like the most is the environment they provide for study's.
- And the infrastructure are also very good, the lab's etc.
- In the classroom we have smart screen and projector as well it help us in our learning.
Dislikes
- Nothing is there as such but i would say the canteen is just ok ok not so good.
- People are good but some people are not good with outsiders that i feel.
- Some teachers are not taking class regularly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate my course 8 out of 10. As i choose Computer Science and engineering as my course the curriculum in my course are very much helping me to get ready my self for real world applications. The exam frequency and timing are okay.
Internships Opportunities
Their is no such kind of internship opportunities available in OU but the TPO cell is sands some links sometimes. In which we can apply for the internship. If we got one then we can do it. Some of them offer stipend not all.
Placement Experience
My campus university college of engineering, Osmania university provide placement for students who are in final year as I'm in final year now I'm apparing for placement exams. In OU 90% of the students got placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees i will be paying is 35000 (Thirty five thousand) per year. The Tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees and all other fees are included in 35000. We just need to pay exam fees in every semester.
Campus Life
The social life in Osmania university is amazing. We have various club's like EMCC, IEEE, sportmania for sports etc. Annually we have our sports day called Sportmania which includes all kinds of games like cricket, tabletanes, basketball, chess ect.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good but ony concern is that in one room they accommodate 8 peoples but it has only 6 beds and 4 cabads. We have to shear 1 cabad. And food also not very good it's also ok ok. The hostel is inside the OU campus.
Admission
We can fill the application form online mode. And the fees is 500 for applying. Eligibility for my course is need to have a 3 years diploma degree because I'm taking lateral entry in the direct 2nd year.
Faculty
Our teachers are very good at their job, means in teaching but few of them sometimes not taking class regularly. We can interect with teachers any time we want, they are always ready to help us with any doubts.
