Remarks

Yes. College is the very helpful non-teching staff but the management is medium in the college.

There is no such types of exams. In colleges but for the addmission in this college the exam provided by the gujarat technological university.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course sturcture is the best for us. Because the structure of mechanical engineering is the provided by the gujarat technological university and the approve by the AICTE. The good course of the mechanical and in the any company the requirement of mechanical engineer is indeed.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provided for internship, the different types of the company. The company like elecon, fine cast, and the internship for the rhino machines, and the other is the oswal pvt. Ltd.

Placement Experience

In the college, placement is very good. Well known companies come here for approch students like elecon, ABB,Anchor, HP, the package of the company offer is starting 2.5-4.5 lac per annum. The different fields got different packages.the maximum package is the 7 lac. Per annum.

College Events

In the year there are many events in the college. The main events are yantrika and the technopolish, spandan.in the yantrika, yantrika is the technical event for the all departments, and all the technical events & the spandan in the non technical events or sporsts, like cricket, volleyball etc. And in the technopolish non-technical and technical events avilable.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is the reliable for us. In the other colleges fees is more than our college.Our fees per year is 70000 p.a.the fee for the deposit is the 7000.the deposit will return after completing degree. And the other fees of university exams. And the industrial visits.

There are scholarship for every students who got admission here. The scholarship amount is 15000 for every year.

Campus Life

The campus is large and good. In the campus there are many trees and plants. The wi-fi facility available in the college. And the canteen and the library facility available here.and the sports ground is available here. For playing football, cricket, volleyball etc.

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel facility is very good. There are two hostels in the campus. The one name is taapi. And other one is narmada. The hostel fees is low than other colleges hostel and outside campus hostel. The hostel room is very good. And water available for hostel students is 24 hours.

Yes, they are very helpful to us. They help us and give guidance to the subjects or the any kind of help in the college.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is very good in the college, the exam is taken by the college and the university and the two types of the exams 1) internal exams taken by the college. 2) external exams taken by the university. The different feilds exams taken by here.

Admission

First of all, the required the addmision in the college for fill the form & after submitting the documents of the results, & after paying the fees, after all the cashier or receiver gave us receipt for confirm addmission by paying fees, and also giving them the deposite.

In the college, the faculty is the very good and the all branches faculty is the very good, well known knowledge of the faculty, and the PH.D level faculty is also available in the college. The maximum number of faculty is the completetion master of engineering.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

FROM 6 TH SEMESTER THE STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT THE COMPANY THAT CAME FOR CAMPUS PALCEMENTS ARE INFOSYS,IBM,TCS ETC. THE HIGHEST PALCEMENT IS IN THIS YEAR IS 25 LAKH 95 PERCENT STUDENTS GET PLACED AFTER THE DEGREE IS WILL BEACOME A CORPORATE SLAVE

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

in the LD college placement is super till now because most of company same as other private college
infrastrure is quite good here all side greenary and animals all other.and many social activity happend

My Life at D.D.I.T

The campus life is great as the atmosphere it consquires is way better than the three experiences I have had at Maharaja sayaji rao university of vadodara, Vishwakarma government Engineering college and Parul University respectively. The atmosphere
The atmosphere cultivates studying and friendly competition Between the peers,it doesn't quench that competitive Nature and rather it amplifies it, also the boy girl ratio is good.
The faculties are the best, and it's not just me all the students feel that way as some faculty are from IITS and some are very experienced and have had decades of research experience in that field.

Dislikes

I think here you focus a lot more on studies rather than extra curricular activities so I think that can be improved
There are too many lectures in a day, conpared to my friends in svit I have around 2 hours worth more of lectures
The wifi and connectivity and there being counsellors is stated but it not implemented intensively

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

IIT Gandhinagar from the eyes of a First Year

Likes

The Sports Complex is a major highlight of IIT Gandhinagar.
The Campus Amenities are top notch and it is a fully green Campus.
Faculties are Expert in their Respective Fields and teach very well.

Dislikes

The Course Load is very High and you will get very less free Time.
The Exams are quite challenging and you have to keep thinking out of the box.
Some lectures such as World Civilization and Cultures are very boring.

Placement Experience:

Placements this year have become better. 4th Years are sitting for Placements right now. Top companies include Infosys, Oracle, De Shaw, Nvidia, etc. All Data is available in the Placement Report which is available on the IIT Gandhinagar Website. Till May 4, 2024 69 % Students have been placed. I plan to go for a masters after my degree.

the discipline of VVPEC and strictness towards academic studies , ensures focused environment
the college encourages students through substantial scholarship of 25,000 INR for top student in each class to motivate.
well-equiped library facilities provide resources for research and learning

Dislikes

lack of emphasis on sports initiatives , less opportunities for physical activity and team spirit.
stringent policies limiting cultural events and less vibrancy in campus lifestyle
very limited option in canteen and limited space to hangout with friends .

Placement Experience:

from semester 6th , placements drive is begun talking about my course , Biotechnology engineering , there was NO PLACEMENT DRIVES. But our hod will definetly help in getting great jobs according to your requirement. And help in GATE exam preparation is very minimal , so one shall prepare it by themselves.

The campus life is so good and there are many clubs
As the faculty of technology and engineering MSU is best colleges so good placement opportunities
Infrastructure is also good labs are well maintained

Dislikes

Benches are very old and some are very poor for sitting it
Very shoretst ground as compared to other prestigious collage and also in other faculties
And i personally feel, recess time is so small period, students can not manage

I applied to 3-4 colleges and Dr Jivaraj Mehta Institute of Technology teacher and staff support is very good. Nearby my home. I get admission to the management quota. 40% required for management quota. Only 60 seats in computer engineering, 60 seats in information technology, 60 seats in civil engineering, 60 seats in mechanical engineering and the last 60 seats in electrical engineering. An affordable college with supportive faculty!

The college is based amidst nature and follows the GTU curriculum. One can get admission here through Merit/JEE/Gujcet ACPC. The process is similar to most other colleges in Gujarat. I had joined the institute in 2019, impressed by the fess and the facilities provided by it. I was thinking between this or Vadodara Institute of Technology but ended up choosing this one. At first, I got admission in silver Oak, ahmedabad but it was far away from my home and hostel was pretty much expensive. So I decided to choose college near to my home.
