Remarks

The college is amazing in its way the only problem is the location. Its too far and there are not many alternatives to reach there. The college management is good and helps you out in every form you want

Entrance Preview

The College is really great, infrastructure is amazing and the faculty is also really good. The main reason of selecting this college was it is Gujrati minority college and I am Gujrati. The staff and teachers are really friendly out here this college is new It is just 6 years old so it is improving day by day.It has been also ranked No.1 by TIMES OF INDIA as Emerging College Of Mumbai for 2 consecutive years i.e 2016 and 2017.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In this college the Course Curriculum is based and decided by Mumbai University. The Mumbai University Sets and design the course for every 4 years. In engineering there are 5-6 subjects per sem and every year has 2 sem. The course is based on Learning and enhancing your skills and evolving yourself. in the first year everyone needs to study same subjects where subjects from every streams are included and after first year he students are divided. So they get an extra chance of changing the stream.

Internships Opportunities

Till now the college is trying to provide Internships but very are eligible to get it . There is not a good stats of internships ,yes but they are trying really hard.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements and job percentage are bit low since it is a new college but students do get placed but very few and the salaries offered is between 3-4 lacs per year . The companies which recently visited were CAPGEMINI, Amazon, OLA ,L&T , etc. There is placement cell, and they do their best to bring in more companies.

College Events

4

The college conducts good number of festivals. The main festival is VYRO which is the biggest technical festival of our college where there are techincal and fun events for every stream and every one can enjoy it.It is a 2 day festival and at the end of festival there is a DJ party for all. Apart from this other festival are also conducted: 1. Junior VYRO 2. Tanrotsav(CS and IT Tech Fest) 3. IETE Paper Presentation 4. Tahuko (garba) 5. ROBO WAR and many more....

Fee Structure And Facilities

The Fees structure is little bit expensive its about 1,280000 per year .And every year they increase the fees by some %. But you can apply for Ebc and Education Loan and yes The backward class people gets benefited . The scholarships are also provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know much about it and also I had not availed any of it. The college does not provide scholarships .

Campus Life

4.5

Since it is an Engineering College The number of Boys is more than number Of girls. The majority crowd is Gujrati here. The campus life is amazing the canteen is really good. The labs are well maintained. The sports competitions are being held once in every year.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

there is no hostel in our college

Alumni/Alumna

The interaction with the seniors was really good . They become your friends in early days only . My seniors friends gave me allot of advice and what are the challenges we are going to face and which companies visited what were there requirements, etc. So a senior friend is much for a good academic life.

Exam Structure

The practicals are usually being conducted before one month of the final exams and there is day gap between every practicals. The most chilling part is the final exams where you get 5 holidays after every exam so there is lot of time to study and score good marks.

Admission

I got the admission through CAP which is a online admission process by Govt Of Maharashtra .In this Cap you need to select the colleges according to your preferences and then you need to submit it.The portal then select the college for you based on your marks from bottom to top. There are 4 rounds of This CAP.When you submit the list and form after 10 days the results are out.

Faculty

4

The faculty in this college is really good and friendly. The qualification standards is average not high but it is enough to teach that particular subject. They are interested and teach their subjects with sheer dedication and keen to help the students whenever necessary

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
