Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to be a medical student so i attempted neet exam i wasn't qualified for mbbs so i choose bums. Bums is professional course of 4.5 years + 1 year additional internship. In bums we have 3 professional years where one professional year equals 1.5 years and exams are held in every 6 months which are call term exam.
Internships Opportunities
After completing the degree we have rotatory internship. 6 months internship in pmm hospital, new delhi and 6 months internship in our campus majeedia hospital and the internship is not paid we don't get any stipend.
Placement Experience
College doesn't provide any placements but students who completed this course get many opportunities to work. After completing the degree one can get good job offers from different hospitals, companies to work as doctor or medical officer depending on the qualification of the person
Fees and Financial Aid
The few structure of the course varies with the category. There are 3 categories General, SFS and NRI. The tution fee of general is 140000 while that of sfs is 275000 and NRI student pay highest amount which varies yearly. Students also get scholarship opportunities
Campus Life
The overall experience of the campus is good. I have spent 8 months in this college and enjoyed alot. There are alot of events and fests which are held. There are many clubs which students can join depending on the interest and creativity
Admission
The admission is purely based on neet marks. Students having 300+ marks can easily get admitted in this course. The admission is done by the help of ayush counselling in that we need to register and after the counselling starts we have to choose the course and college
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:60. Teachers are very experienced and qualified and most of the teachers have their own different way of teaching and some use ppts to teach while some use books and their notes.
