For the review I had from my coaching and for the location it provided. I thought with new location and ambience my oppurtunity and skills will enhance. It definitely stirred thoughts before joining as I was opting for something bigger than this and I searched hard to find the up-marking qualities in this one before selcting it.

When you start with the curriculum, they start with every detail like any othercourse but as the time pass by and you become clear of which stream of industry you want dor your career, they insist on focussing that and by the final year, there is a fashion show organised if you are designing student and project submissions accordingly.

No, at that time it didn't provide any. I found one on my own and so dis the rest of my batch. I earnes stipend by the end too.

Since it's a designing college, plac3ments are very limites either ways as its not a very renowned one like nift ir pearl. You get the job depending on your calibre, I opted for further studies but my batchmates did made a good future out it. Later on I workes on it too but mostly on my own.

College itself is for designing so the festivals on and off are celebrated quiet enthusiastically. I enjoy throughthe events thoroughly, main were the durga pooja celebration with themes, new years or the freshers party were main attractions. Mostly, students were from outside ao everyone loved to visit their hometowns on festivals.

Fee structure is fairly feasible depending on the whole charges but course itself is a costly one as you keep searching and hunting for the fabrics, materials, projects throughout you curriculum which hikes up the total cost. I lived in a fairly low expense PG but my misscelanious cost hiked quiet a lot. I am sure that's the case with most.

None to my knowledge. I am sure that my particular college branck did not privide any scholarship for the students.

Ours is a stree Shikshan Sansthan so it was only girls campus so there is just one gender i.e. girls. Campus life was fun as there was always an open space in a corner or another for us to work. Extracurricular activities in this one were none as I recall, we were always so busy with our projects and submissions, who had time for this. Other branches of Sansthan though have their departments in sports and other activities.

I lived in a PG and there was no mess or hostel facility provided by this particular branch of karve stree shikshan sansthan. Though the campus canteen provided good local cuisine and at fairly low price. I can't comment of the facility hence as I didn't had the first hand experience.

I can't recall any alumni influe or the senior visiting the college once they passed out. So on that my comment would be 'none'

Exam structre is quaterly basis there. During the course of 2 years, 6 exams happen depending on the subject you have. Exama are based on grades you achieve and if you fail, you gotta give the re-exam. You can fail 2 times maximun in any particular exam before failing the semester.

I have appeared in the nift exam for that year and depending on the result as I cleared the first round of it, I got calls from many institutes. This was one of them, since I could pass theough the 2nd exam phase I started selecting various others to apply in. I filled form and gave the test for this one too, then there was a group diacussion and personal interview. Later I got selection call.

Faculty at my time was okay, some of tehm were really good at what they teach but rest provided less scope for creative branching. I did came into the bad light os the wrong one, instead of making you free to explore your creative self they tend to go by boolish knowledge. The nice ones are really good though.
