The course is separated into 2 parts i.e. 4 months theory and 2 months internship. Due to this the practical and theoretical both are achieved. Being a NLU their curriculum consists actual law subject from the first year itself. The exams are checked thoroughly and marked on different basis. Although teaching of CPC, BSS, etc. would help more to prepare for real world experience.

The internships are offered after 4th semester. They include being a legal intern at firm or being a legal intern under some authority. The internship placement cell is responsible for spreading the information and appointing internships.

Usually students from 3rd year opt for university internships. Different government and provate companies send invitations. No personal experience. No opinion on percentage of student getting placed. I will go into litigation and over a period of time apply for international law or migration law

From third semester the fees are charged quarterly. The amount depends on different basis such as EWS, Maharashtra domicile, SC/ST, Non Maharashtrains. Mess fees are roughly around 17000 for 4months(is not included in university fees). Centers such as Think India or the placement cell committee are responsible for providing internships. No personal experience.

The university is in it's early stages resulting in ongoing construction. The main block and girls n boys hostel are constructed. The planned infrastructure is sight for sore eyes. Sports and extracurriculars are expanding and being cheered. 1 2 events or social nights are held every 4 months. Provides different moot courts and competitions. Keeping it academically strong. Few centres are really helpful and fun.

The room is shared among 2 people. It consists 2 tables, 2 cupboards, 2 beds and a balcony. Cleaning services are provided every 4 days. Laundry is personal expense. The hostel also maintains hygiene. Hostel meal are decent and served 4 times a day. Pretty affordable with other options as side dishes. The locality is pretty far from the main city. It is located in Kanchanwadi. Railway station or other amenities are 20 30 mins away.

CLAT scores are considered for eligibility. Website of consortium of nlu provides the form every year, usually the examination takes place in Dec. The exam fees is 4000 for reservation and 8000 in general. 120 questions consisting 5 subjects and in OMR. Negative marking of 0.25 gives the exam a tough turn. Held once a year. The admission process is great.

The faculty is quite helpful and understanding. They are also open for debates, discussions, different point of views. The preffered way of teaching is constructive and two way based. The assigned projects or work is usually dependant on student which encourages them to build relationship with professors.
