Nlu, not just a place but a dream for many!

The curriculum sometimes seems irrelevant but trust me ask the faculties about it and you will never doubt again, apart from this Teaching methods include visual, audio aids and viva presentations. Students usually prefer YouTube videos though.

Usually students get internships on their own but sometimes college internship cell floats a few and we are given abundance of letters of recommendation which a brownie point here since you may secure a paid internship by that too.

Usually placements depend on the compatibility of the batch applying for it just because it's an NLU doesn't mean you are served with everything at hand, work hard for it either smart or hard work would work.

I am pursuing a 5 year B.A.L.L.B (Hons.) integrated course, I paid approximately 3,75,000 in the first year including hostel and mess fees which is around 16,000 for each semester, the registration fees for getting in MNLUA via vacant rounds amounts to 2,000. There is a reservation for Maharashtrian students and there is a scholarship for the same as well for EWS.

Usually the events are held at the beginning of each semester and mid of the semester which gets a majority of work force of students with that strategy, other than that all the clubs, centres and committees are run by the students and headed by the faculties.

The meal quality is fairly unhygienic and sometimes insects make their appearance directly in the food plates, the price for such food is albeit quite reasonable, and the facilities are quite minimal though survival can be made.

Nlu is a brand not just a college we all know, and I have applied for Symbosis, and Ipu colleges, and othe NLUs such as sonipat, Nagpur, Shimla and other. I visited all and preferred MNLUA because of it's calm and compose atmosphere.

The faculty to student ratio is kind of inflicting every single day at MNLUA. But most of the times it is 40:60 faculty to student ratio, yet the administration is fairly smooth with it's responsibilities. Exams are held twice a semester firstly after a month and a half and then similar with the last month and called mid sems and end sems respectively. Usually ba subjects are taught more in the first three years after that law takes charge, apart from this they offer MBA BBA, water diploma, LLM and etc.

It's was though fine but for admission you must underwent an interview round to improvise your will to take admission in the same, GD are sometimes done while placements for renowned companies further there are assignments to be completed to secure a placement.

Gym facilities are open to all boys and girls, in their respectively, all type of equipments are available, there is not much to hang out but it is a quite and composed place but there are no danger as in to girls security.
